Mountainside Villas Owners Association Review

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Mountainside Villas! The unit was spacious, clean and homey with a cabin feel. This is not going to be a 5-star, luxury modern experience if that is what you're looking for (I've noticed some of the reviews complaining about it being outdated) but it is the perfect place for a cozy mountain getaway with very attentive and friendly staff, easy access to the mountain (quick 1 mile walk to the general store and ski lodge if looking to get some fresh air) and just peaceful retreat from all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely return! Thanks, Mountainside!

We are timeshare owners and this was our first year we could finally stay. So far the experiences overall has been great! The views and outdoor activities are wonderful. You can tell the places were built in the 80s, but they recently renovated them pretty nicely.

Our mattresses could be a little newer or firmer. Water pressure is a bit of a struggle sometimes too, but not an actual problem. I'm also greatly disappointed but there's no recycling on site. There's a tremendous amount of waste being produced from this resort because it is. This is probably the first Resort I've been to that doesn't recycle.

My 3 year old has loved the experience. Tons of things to do and places to go. Personally, I wouldn't recommend the big water park until the pandemic is over. I'll leave a review about that on their listing.

Come to Mountainside Villas. You'll enjoy yourself one way or another.

Lots of deer and you live in the forest. Absolutely great!

Ultimate treehouse experience. We loved our stay this year. Lots of sunny mountain days and animals walking about. Would love to go back again soon.

These villas are spotless, roomy and like new! My family stays in them for about a week... Some have better views than others but this one was priced right! No complaints whatsoever! A good place to take a vacation and relax! So many amenities... Restaurants on site...rode the go carts...the carts are electric and toned down for the small track you have to ride in but still fun! Had fun! Recommended highly!

I was very grateful for the free trip, but as a reviewer it is my job to provide with honest reviews.

The hotels were poorly designed and outdated, low amenities, and no desire to return to my room. I felt uncomfortable in the space, and the beds were both different comforts and qualities. Additionally, due to the pandemic, most of the activities on site were not running. There was minimal to do, though they advertised that they had a lot of activities currently running.

The view was lovely though.

This is an awesome place to stay especially if you need a lot of space. The villas are two levels and are huge. They have 2 bedrooms and a loft with two sleep/sit beds. Two decks, full kitchen, washer and dryer, jacuzzi tube, sauna in the unit and everything you need to have a fantastic time.

We had a nice 4 night stay with extended family who has had this as a time share since the late 70's. These units are fairly well kept and updated through the years. I would rent this unit on my own without it being a family time share.

Nice condo units with great views and amenities. Lots of fun activities nearby, even during off-peak times.
