Reminded why dislike this hospital. ER waiting area with severe arm pain nearly empty still sat for hour and half before decided to go somewere else.

I usually dont go their but today that wasnt a option, i had fallen and hurt myself and had no baby sitter so i had to take my child with me, not knowing they wud do an xray and ct scan but when it came down to me having to have the test done, the nursing staff their was the absolute best they helped in any way they could from one nurse holding her while i did xrays and one nirse watching her while i had ct scan. Thats the 1st time ive ever seen or heard of any nurse doing such a thing for some one, its things like that,that make the stay a lil better.

I always either have gone to Norton, VA. If I had a Sickness or Emergency Situation. Or, anyone that's in My Family!! Would also go to Norton, VA!! But, it is TEMPORARILY CLOSED!! So, I am not sure where to go, now?!?

Two of the worst ER visits in my life. Total lack of confidence in the ER doctors who are more concerned about sleeping than your needs. I will never go back again. Shouldn't have went back after the first episode but now the second one is my last. Stay away, very far away from these incompetent arrogant doctors.

Brought my mother in because she fell & hit her head. She lost consciousness shortly after the fall and has no remembrance of events.
Triage is a word that is not known at this ED! My mother is still waiting to be seen and we have been here close to 3 hours.
If you need an ED, steer clear of this circus!

I had an accident Friday afternoon and was rushed to the emergency room. The staff and Dr. James Luna were great. Quick response and great service all around. I didn't have to wait around or ask for anything. They were so friendly and accommodating.

The team at that hospital on the third floor where...
The team at that hospital on the third floor where truly God sent. Fmdr Tura and Dr Eddie Brown help get my husband better and was upfront honest and did so with such warmth and kindness. When we stayed that week over there our goal was to get him well enough to come home and have his dignity and respect. My husband fought a rare blood cancer MDS for 2 1/2 years. When we got to our room I was a mess scared and this angel walks in and got me through she was Angie Cooke. I wished I could remember all the ladies names that was there s to help me be able to help him for when we got home. A few I can recall are. Sarah Brittany Mary Amanda Kendra and Stacey. The third floor nurses has a kind compassionate and caring team. Again thank you Drs. Tura and Eddie Brown for giving me those few days with my husband and we got to celebrate our 23 anniversary and his son and I was with him when he passed peacefully in his sleep.
