The manger has poor customer service. Use to be the friendliest dealership until they hired a new manager.

Don't remember the old man's name that was the salesman but I can tell you I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The guy acted like since I didn't have a trade vehicle he didn't want my business period. The guy basically after I said mountain home had him beat on price ok see ya. We were looking at two different trucks and all I can say is they didn't want any money today. Guess the old man is making a fortune selling to other people.

Greg Peters and Mark Burgess are two of the nicest people you will ever meet anywhere. They both really understand what good customer service means! Good inventory, good deals and good folks.

Mtn. View Chevrolet does the service work on my Buick. The guys in the shop do good work and my car always comes back to me clean. I recently purchased a used car from them. Mr. Ferguson treated me with respect and found a car for me that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a perfect transaction. They have definitely earned my loyalty.

Good experience down there today, they had the truck I had been looking for and they took my truck on trade. Picked up an extended warranty got a good deal on my rate and drove home in a new truck.

We purchased a 2014 ford focus and was told it was a good running vehicle but had to return it a week later for slipping transmission. Instead of deal with repairs right off the beginning, they let us get another vehicle, but charged us 3000.00 for tagging the ford focus. They really wanted us to get the ford focus and didn't t even bother showing us any Chevy products. He said he had to add on 3000.00 because he couldn't take a loss. We trust them when they said it was a good car in the beginning. We ended up with a 2015 Chevy Spark that cost us 3000.00 more than it should have. We will never buy another car here.

I had my Tahoe worked on several times here. Great service, up front and honest pricing on the work. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with a dealership service department that is friendly.

I love mountainview Chevrolet. We have bought our last 3 cars from there. The best salesman I have ever met is Charles Ferguson who is so nice and will help in any way he can !!!
