Refused to honor one of their own coupons. Poor customer service. Yosemite Blvd Modesto

I dont even wana give this place a 1 star tryig to feed us under cooked Pizza asked staff to refund me my money for the whole pizza i gave back to them, had me wait for an hour and a half till the manger Shyam Gadhia to return from a delivery run since no one else was running the place as I was waiting I watch the staff add new lettuce and poured the old welted lettuce on top of the fresh lettuce in the salad bar finally when Shyam Gadhia finally arrived which was an hour to closing and I've been there since 7pm comes in and as we were explaining him what happen I was already irritated and wanted a full refund for wasting my time and money by this time Shyam Gadhia started raising his dam voice towards me and literally tried to PULL a pizza box out of my mom's hands !! and still didn't give me a refund only offered his business card and stated once I calim down to give him a call when it was him who was the one raising his voice then had the never to turn off the lights on us when the place closes at 10 so we still had a few mins, i've been calling the corporate office and left several messages and still no return call

Delivery driver cursed me out because my house was hard to find kicked my drainage pipes on the way out and spit all over the pizza it went in the trash, this is the worst expensive I have ever had in my life with any food or customer service, I will never order from here again I just hope I can be refunded for the food that was spit on I threw in the trash never okay, I will boycott this company for life

This is an amazing place I am always going to order from here now on dominos takes forever and sometimes they forget the pizza but Mountian Mike pizza delivery is always on time thank you so much for all ur hard work I love this place thanksssssssssssss

I called and was placed on hold (which is not uncommon). I noticed that I was on hold for 11 minutes, so I hung up and called back. When the Mountain Mike s employee answered the phone, she was very flustered and put me on hold AGAIN. I told myself that she will pick up and not forget that I m on hold again. Just give them a chance. 12 minutes later I hung up and called Round Table pizza.

I used to love Mountain Mike s, but recently their customer service has started to go down the drain. I will never order from them again

My sister & I wanted to try for the first time, Mt. Mikes Dublin, CA for dinner, it was 6:45pm and we were both very hungry. Ordered a medium pizza, with sides of Ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese & chili peppers to be delivered at 6:45pm. I was surprised when the bill came to $34.47, of course had ordered 5 toppings & was charged .50 for each side, figured pizza would be excellent couldn't wait.
At 7:45pm no delivery , called Mt Mikes wanted to know when pizza was going to be delivered it had been an hour. Was told the dispatcher would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. We are located only 1.7 miles from store. 8:15pm still NO PIZZA. Called again, was reassured that the pizza would be here in 5 minutes, I said "the pizza better not be cold", I was assured that it wouldn't be cold. 15 minutes went by and finally at 8:30pm PIZZA ARRIVED, it took an 1 HOUR & 45 MIN.!! Asked delivery person why it took so long, he said he was the only delivery person, I said that it was no excuse!! This is HORRIBLE!! Still gave delivery person$5.00 tip.

TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD. WORSE PIZZA we have ever eaten!! I called Mt Mikes, Dublin, Ca....they apologized and said they will give us $5.00 off next time. There will be NO NEXT TIME, this was horrible for our first experience with Mt Mikes, Dublin, Ca. My humble opinion they should have credited back our account for $34.47 knowing that they messed up big time on order, we had to throw the PIZZA in the garbage, it was SO BAD!!! I've never experience this kind of service from a pizza restaurant.

Location Antelope ca. Elverta winco shopping center. Employees stay in the back kitchen area, the buffet has 1 pizza that only has 2 slices left and has been sitting for awhile (it's only 1145 am). Salad is old brown slimy and has brown water at the bottom of pan. Even the homeless person that is in here said not to eat it. You pay $9.99 for a buffet that will make you sick. What the hell. This is why this location does not do the business it should. Never again will I eat here and I will tell everyone I know not to eat at this location. So now I have to take my son to another place to eat because a am not going to let him eat this food. P.s I have past experience in fast food to include pizza place as management and have fired people for putting food out that will make people sick. If you will not eat it don't serve it. By the way I've been sitting in the Mountain Mike's writing this for about 15 minutes no other pizzas have been brought out. 2 customers have come in money taken and back to the kitchen employees go not even looking at the buffet area and the homeless guy is at the buffet with bags in hand grabbing food. I'm out.
