Such a lovely place. Peaceful. Fairway Maintenance is great. Women's bathroom is clean and good amenities.
A nice place to spend with the family with a lot of amenities which include an Olympic sized pool basketball volleyball badminton and tennis courts. Gym with masseuse available after a good workout
It's okay
The main hall's place is spacious but it would be nice if their "main hall" would be aircon ..
4 star for the main hall ..
Love the ambiance. Food is a bit pricey but delicious. Near the city you can easily drop by the malls.
We played here on a beautiful January morning. It was cool and a little windy. The 27 hole course was in good condition although the greens could be better. I was impressed by it s US standard set up. The place has been around for 20 years but is well kept. Definitely a must play when in the area.
One of my favorite golf experiences in the Philippines
Excellent golf course, service, food. Would definitely recommend and stay again
We attended a wedding here. Food were great. Service was good too. I just thought directional signages will be helpful once you enter the gate. The area was so big that a first time guest will really have a hard time finding the golf club.
One of the best golf course in the Philippines .
Happy 20th anniversary Malarayat Golf and Country Club!
Private country club. Very nice facilities. Nice course.
Challenging golf course that I want to play well
Clubhouse Burgers, beef tapas are delicious ~
Clean, really relaxing experience, friendly and accomodating staffs
Peaceful place hidden away from the crazy day to day life. Had a pleasant stay.
wide and perfect landscape for golf and other related sports ..nice green and tall trees giving players a warm and clean air...perfect for barkadas and family bonding..
The rooms we stayed in look very nice and the utilities available are very easy to use and comfortable. The place is huge and taking a walk will surely remove stress.
Off main road. A club but will serve non members. A must in Lipa
One of the best courses in the Philippines. Cool weather, great views. True all weather course. Best course to play during the rainy season.
Played golf at their nice course and had a great time
The condition of the course is not good but design is perfect. It is overprice for me
Nice place! Tee off early. Weather is erratic this time of the year...
For the price, the maintenance of the sports facilities seems to be lacking and the lights aren't that bright from optimal tennis matches.
Great views. Cool climate (usually -3 deg. compared to manila). Activites for entire family.
I didn't come here for the golf so I couldn't review that. I came here for the Country club's food which was pretty tasty. There were two restaurants on site: the country club's Filipino offerings with some salads (try the salmon & crab roulade) and the Korean restaurant named Arirang. Great view of Mt. Malarayat!
I would drop it to 3 stars. He calls himself a hotel suite. And we were very disappointed to have a pretty crowded room with a very old bath. Rusty faucets with green. And mold on the walls. When we asked for another towel it cost money.
But the place itself is very beautiful. The dining room is nice and good, you only have to travel to it in a shtetl.
Here's where you can get that much-needed breath of fresh air when you're awfully exhausted from the humdrums of the city.
Looked nice but not open for guests when we went a few weeks ago, even just to eat/look around. Disappointing really. Security asked us to leave our contact details even when we were already there.
Wouldn't it be lucky to be able to play golf at this facility at this price?
My girlfriend and I went there to attend the wedding of one of her friends. Reception is good but the natural scene is much better.
Great course with lovely owners that helped create a great atmosphere for our high school golf tournament. Nice accommodation as well.
The place is just near Manila. It's so peaceful here. The ambience is also relaxing having mountains as the surrounding view.
Beautiful property, great service from the guard to the golf shop, caddies, hotels gym world class. Love Love Malarayat Country Club
Gorgeous golf course! We played makulot-lobo nines. Makulot is in great shape, with new greens. They were a tad slow but for sure will become better as they age.
Lobo is showing wear on the greens. But one assumes they will also get new greens soon after Malipunyo nine opens again with their new greens in May. (Malarayat has three nine hole courses, Makulot, Lobo and Malipunyo.)
The course is superbly manicured. I love the curves and undulations. Makulot 7 is the signature hole, voted one of the best in the world. Huge lake with a green sticking out into it. A great par 5. Holes 9 of both Lobo and Makulot are superb finishing holes with water.
There are several huge two-tiered greens and bowl-like greens as well that really spice things up.
After playing it just once, I can say that Malarayat is already one of my favorite courses in the Philippines.
We stayed in the Malarayat Suites. Very well appointed and maintained. The clubhouse is also excellent, with a cozy, immaculate locker room. Interior decor a bit dated but it's maintained very well.
Malarayat is highly recommended and the cool weather helps a lot.
Lovely venue, beautiful surroundings.
Rooms were pleasant, could be better with table and chairs for sitting outside.
Breakfast was underwhelming and not to a level expected for a 5 star venue.
It is a good course for you to play, releasing stress of a week work in the city, going out to sports. You need a little patience of renovation for some months only.
