Nice ski area, very popular with Poles, Danes, Sweden, hardly any Germans, few Italians. Lifts fast and good, slopes moderately full, especially black ones with little traffic. Plug in the piste map so that you can find your way back to the valley run!
Apres ski only 1 hut at the valley station. The other side of the valley is m. E. more beautiful. No shop on the Mottolino side !!

The Mottolino is an interesting ski area in the village of Livigno, very well structured and organized, in winter it is home to a snowpark which houses areas for fun and two huts, while in summer it is a bike park with nine trails of different difficulties.
The first construction of ski lifts was built in 1958 by the Livitur company of the Quadrio Curzio family. Important events have been held over the years, for example the 2005 World Bike Championships.
The Mottolino Bikepark in Livigno is one of the best Bikepark in Italy.
The result of over 20 years of experience in downhill and freeride, it offers a unique experience, at any level of preparation.
It's not exactly cheap, but once in a lifetime you have to try it.
