Awesome people, I just moved here from California and needed help unloading my Harley they never hesitated helping thank you, you have my business

After riding my son s TX300i I had to have one. The bike is great and I look forward to many years of fun riding. Having a dealer raise the price so far above retail might make them a few extra dollars today but will cost them in the future. Do to the mark up above MSRP I will not choose to buy from these guys again. This was the second bike I purchased from them in the last year. My son got the same bike for 1000 less two weeks ago from a dealer an hour south.

Very friendly, patient staff. I have a dealership only minutes from me but after losing 5 sales over the years to other dealerships I won t even bother. The people at Motorsport are worth the drive for me even though it s about 20-30 minutes away. If they have what you want at the right price, they re the right people to deal with. They can get very busy, but I found they are worth the wait!

Great Communication and Top Notch customer Service. This is why i will ALWAYS goto Beaverton Yamaha/Honda. When i called, the guy actually tried to help me locate some when he found they dont have any in stock, gave me prices and shipping expectations, and suggested to see if Motosport has them... to my demise. After checking out all of the motorcycle shops around the Portland area for the past few weeks, I finally bought myself a cruiser. MJ and the rest of the staff at MotoSport Hillsboro were great. They got me a very nice deal on exactly what I was in the market for with out trying to up sell me just to make a few extra bucks. Don't be fooled by the smallish looking show room, they have a ton of bikes in the warehouse. Chances are they will have what your looking for.

Well oiled machine selling well oiled machines. Best experience I've had purchasing a bike. So good we decided to get a second bike we were on the fence about. Our salesman Brandon k. Was ontop of his game. So professional as he worked with us thru the process,never left us confused or uninformed. Also best pricing. So not sure how you could get any better but it wouldn't be found anywhere but here.

The wait time is ridiculously long. They are not honest or transparent about their financing methods. You cannot purchase from the floor, the communication is horrible.

My husband and I didn t have the best experience at first.
However, Brock went above and beyond for us. My husband was able to walk out with an amazing bike, great quality and a stealer deal. Brock made our experience smooth, and answered all of our questions. Rob helped us with the purchasing part and did an amazing job, explaining and answering all of our questions. All around, we felt heard and valued as customers.

Love the huge selection, not to mention the bike I purchased there at a great deal and price. Barry was great he got me the bike I wanted and warranty as well. I recommend this shop full service and beat inventory in SW Washington. Others arround my home can't compete.

Horrible unmotivated sales guys. I dont get it. Dont they want my business? I guess if your inquiring over the phone your put on the back burner and they have no interest in you, but hey! If your on their sales florr, the \vultures come flying down.
Called for details on a bike with total interest. Waited for a call back with details. no one got back to me. Called 3 days later, pressed 2 for sales, No answer over and over and over again. One time Ilet it ring for 3 mins. To bad as engineers for Intel we could have gave them some good leads.

Best shop around! past 3 years Ive bought all 3 of my bikes from Scott and MotoSport Hillsboro, and I will be buying my 4th from them too! Excellent staff, great atmosphere, and just a fun place to be at! Scott Russell and the whole team at MotoSport Hillsboro rock!

I have purchased many Dirt Bikes from MotoSport Hillsboro. I use their service department and have been very satisfied with their work. This is a very busy shop, it is best to schedule an appointment. Shawn in the service department has been very helpful getting my dirt bike in and out as quickly as possible. I do a fare amount of work on my own bikes and have purchased parts from them. The parts department guys are great. They take the time needed to answer my questions and provide real world advice as they are all riders themselves. They were also very helpful getting the kids outfitted with Dirt Bike riding gear to keep them well protected. We have been using this shop for serval years now and are happy with their service. Yes they get busy and juggle multiple customers at a time. Ryan and Gabe are great guys to buy bikes from and Matt makes financing my new rides easy.

Toys r us for adults! Tons of bikes on hand , tons of riding gear on hand. As a walk in customer not wanting to "order it in" I've been pleased with what they have in stock. Some of there bikes on the wall almost gives it a museum feel. A few rare models.

Brandon krupp, and matt McKay, got me the 700r I've always wanted was very helpful, no pressure on me buying, made sure I was happy, went thru everything with me, didnt hide anything. I was so happy and satisfied, I went back next day to buy a second 700 raptor for the girlfriend, they are about an 1 hour from my house, and they made it worth the drive, they are now, my only atv and shop, they made me feel like very close friend, and justin in parts is on point , he took the time to get me the parts I wanted, and made it a point to show me, very top notch organization!!

Drove three hours to buy a sxs called first no sales person available so we left thinking one would call left message of what we wanted they sold last one hour befor we got there then even though there internet price is more they are charging an additional 3000 over it would have been nice to know

Amazing selection, awesome reps. Worked with Reese on buying a motorcycle. I told him what I wanted and he found me what I needed. Can't recommend them enough and I will be buying more toys from them in the future.

UPDATE 10/1/19. Thank you to Barry Peterson (sales)& Mike King (service & parts)! After posting my original review Barry reached out and we talked through my first visit. He and the Motosport Hillsboro group asked what they could do to change this experience to a positive. We went back out on Saturday and they did a great job helping us pick a new Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sport, making the right deal and handling the transaction! Thank you and I appreciate the effort it took to change a negative into a positive.
ORIGINAL POST FROM 9/26/19- Surprisingly bad experience trying to purchase a new motorcycle from this dealership. I had done all my research and new exactly what I wanted. Spoke with a salesmen multiple times this morning and told him I was coming and ready to purchase. Called again 20 minutes from dealership telling him my eta. Walked into the store, stood in the showroom for more than 20 minutes. I was the ONLY PERSON THERE! Finally figured out the guy who I had talked to was sitting at his desk when he answered the phone and gave his name to the caller. HE WAS SITTING IN THE SHOWROOM WHERE I WAS STANDING! At that point I decided i would see how long it took for somebody to come sell me a new bike. After 40 minutes and sitting on multiple motorcycles NO BODY EVER SPOKE TO ME OR ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING! Clearly Motorsport Hillsboro has so much business they don''t need mine.

Although they had the product I needed at fair price I felt the whole purchasing process was drawn out and designed to get you to buy more accessory parts. After getting through that I discovered there was a crack in the radiator housing after several attempts and calls to replace it nothing has been done almost a year now still no response I guess the service after purchase isn t so great.

Great place, good customer service! I bought a Harley at Motosport last month. Saw it advertised online, called ahead to make sure they had it, and set up an appointment with Johnny to come look at it the next day. Met with Johnny, checked out the bike, and decided I wanted it. Plenty of bikes to look at while they worked numbers. Ended up driving it home that day. The finance guy Matt was easy to work with, and made me feel like he wanted me to be happy with the deal and the bike, that was a nice surprise.

Decided to go with their in-house warranty with my bike, and so far it seems to be a pretty good deal. Just brought it in for the first service, and Shawn in the service department was above and beyond helpful and very pleasant to work with. Got me in and out in just a few hours.

As far as some of the negative reviews go, its a bummer some people seem to have had bad experiences here, but alotta these bad reviews are just pety. In my experince, everyone's been super helpful, friendly, and genuine. And I know of friends and family who have bought bikes here, and they feel the same way. I would absolutely recommend Motosport Hillsboro! The sales, finance, and sevice (especially service) departments get 5 stars in my book!

Tried to buy a new $11,000 bike and just curious what they would give me on my 5 year old dirtbike that I've rode maybe 30 hours since new. Got offered double what they offered from the shop in bend so they will get my business for the new bike. Shame too I just bought bunch of new gear from motosport maybe I can still return it.

MotoSport Hillsboro is truly one of a kind! Excellent customer service and trusted mechanics that time and time again have proven to be fast, efficient and truly care about you as a rider rather than just a customer. The shop is always clean and decorated with local and national pride throughout all the show floor. Definitely worth the drive!

Called numerous times over the past 3 days but never made it to a sales representative. Had my information taken down multiple times and never received a call back. The receptionist said she would personally find out for me twice and still never called back. I even requested a quote online for a bike and received nothing. I find it hard to believe they are that busy to not answer a phone to simply tell me what they are listing their 2016 KTM 85SX for. I live 2 hours away and after seeing other reviews on sales not knowing what they have on the floor I'm going to need them to text me a picture of the bike with today's newspaper in the background before I make the trip.

We live in Idaho and bought a Honda talon there. Nick was great. We had the deal pretty much done upon arrival. We had a trade in and they gave me a price over the phone that they believed they could give me, based off of pictures and some info. They honored the price they told me over the phone when I arrived. The process was easy. Very busy dealership though. We had to wait for quite awhile for the shop to get the talon ready for us to take it home. Other than that it was a great experience and I highly recommend. Great prices too

Drove 5 hours to buy a bike from these guys and it was everything I was told it was! Great service and great guys to work with. Ended up buying two bikes instead of one ! Got to meet the owner on the way out and was super nice and friendly.. these guys have my business for life!

Tried to return a call about a financing form I filled out online...wasted 15 minutes of my life on hold. Decided to find a shop actually interested in taking my money.

EDIT (11/20/20): So I decided to give them another chance and called (during regular business hours) to verify that a bike advertised on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace was still available. Went through no less than FOUR cycles of selecting the "Sales" option and having it ring and ring, then to a "mailbox is full" message, and back to the option menu. This is just absurdly unprofessional and a buyer confidence killer. There's not going to be a third chance.

Motorsport Hillsboro has a great team and staff, from parts and sales to financing, everyone was very professional and personable! Great experience! Both Nick's helped answer every question I asked and helped me make the right decision buying the GTI 130 over the Spark. Thank you Nick S. and Nick W. very much for the help and knowledge you both provided. Especially helping me execute the surprise of the GTI to my wife! The look on her face was priceless and a memory I won't forget! Keep up the good work fellas! That said, time to watch my families faces as the GTI launches them off a massive wake! Gotta love the ride!

Unfortunately there is zero priority to those who are not physically in the store. I'm trying to nail down a deal and nobody wants to take me serious since I'm not there. A 7 hour drive across state lines makes someone want to make sure everything is in line before traveling but they're disinterested in helping.

Just bought a Ninja from MSH's used bike guy Reese Russell. He's right on top of any issues that arise, as are the rest of this excellent team. I love my new bike, and it couldn't have been facilitated any better than it was at MotoSport Hillsboro. Thanks guys, you rock!

I go to Motosport Hillsboro to shop for gear and to have my bike serviced. Fair prices and great staff. There have been several times that I had a narrow window to have service done, and they've always managed to accommodate me.

Just bought a new bike at hillsboro from MJ . Great service and selection. Couldnt be more happy with the service.

If you can tolerate partial answers, long waits and not feeling like a priority this place does have great prices. We did leave with a new motorcycle (no gas) after several hours.

Went in this weekend to just look at a bike didn't expect to take it home as I've got bad credit and had little to put down ATM. Brian met me at the door and walked around with me to find the bike I was looking for. Picked out the 2016 klr 650. Brian got me over to the finance wizard Matt and got me all taken care of while Matt was doing his thing. At 5 the doors were closing Matt was still crunching out the numbers and they all stuck with me while waiting. 530 came numbers came in service got to work topping off the fluids and checking the bike. Almost had to leave it for the night cause my insurance closed and I could insure it to go home. From a Hail Mary another sales man came on after finishing up with his customer with their insurance lady on the phone. At 630 I was pulling out of the lot on my new bike. These guys are awesome and great at making it happen. Had my son there too with me he's only 2 all the employees were super friendly to him joked around with him and put up with him screaming like a maniac when he was tired and ready to go.

Being new the area i struggled to find a good shop. After being let down at most the Portland area shops. MotoSport went out of their way for me. I had planned a trip the Friday after Thanksgiving, when i came out to my truck i found i had a flat tire. I showed up to find they dont open till 10. I caught Ryan the sales manager walking in a little after 8. He went out of his way to find me a tube and tire irons and got me on the way. I will be back for my new CRF IN January, These guys are A+++ IN MY BOOK.

Gabe and Matt made the process of getting a quad so easy! They are great to work with and their customer service is nothing short of amazing. This is our first bike purchase and it went so smooth and they made the process very easy! We will for sure be going back to see them and get a second one in a few months! Gotta say Brandon Krupp is the MAN! I was worried about my credit as a first time buyer and actually ran into some resistance at another dealer.. regret not talking to Hillsboro motorsports first because Brandon took the time to set me up proper and with his coworker Matthew from financing got me a sweet new set of wheels that I rode to Tillamook for the break in period =D so grateful for the exceptional service!

Cant say enough about the help and how easy it was to buy the first quad. Gabe and Matt made sure we were taken care of. I just got the bike home and cant wait to go back I'll always recommend coming here just ask for Gabe or Matt!

I had a excellent experience at Hillsboro Motorsports. They were very busy helping as many people as they could on a Saturday. If you are serious about buying a new bike, or have questions, my advise is to ask one of the staff members to help you, everybody there is there for the same reason you are, and it just takes time. My salesman was Kyle, he answered all of our questions, hustled to get a deal for us, and was as honest as they come, I highly recommend him. These guys stayed almost 2 hours after close to finalize my financing. This was a Saturday, and the sun was out, seriously that alone speaks volumes of their customer service. Every staff member was friendly, and helpful all the way through the deal. My advise is to be patient, and if your in a hurry, or have cash to buy a bike in your pocket, and want to be helped ASAP, then just tell someone, using Jedi mind powers doesn't work in the real world, I've tried! They want to sell inventory as much as you want to get your new toy, so instead of just standing by a bike glaring at every salesman within eye shot, walk up to the front desk, and verbally communicate your intentions with a staff member. I went to all the other local dealers, and Hillsboro had the best staff, prices and inventory of all of them.

Rad place walked in felt right at home met with Brandon Krupp and he was phenomenal throughout the whole process very helpful and fun dude hooked up a good deal on my kx450f I highly highly suggest going in and sitting down and talking with him

I've been trying to get some customer service for a week.... We went by there and couldn't even get acknowledged, so we left. I submitted an online request to be contacted. Have yet to be contacted. I just tried to reach them by phone for assistance.... I sat on hold for sales and no one picked up to assist me.
Not the type of service I'm interested in. Taking my business elsewhere.
I wish I would have read the reviews about their lack of interest in customers sooner.

We have purchased two bikes from motosport. Husqvarna FE501 and a Honda CRF125. We came in wanting a bike that was nearly sold out. Not only did they have the bike in their warehouse, they made sure to have it ready to go on one of the busiest weekends! Our salesman, Rick May, provided us with excellent customer service. Nick Shirley in the parts department knows his stuff, they are completely stocked with everything you need! We will be back.

Bought myself a 2019 Grom. It's the best. Ryan was great! It took no time to get in and out the door.

Staff were friendly but even though purchase was pre-arranged, it took a couple hours of waiting. Bike was left out front as they closed shop. No final check or explanation of features; just me and the bike alone out front. Box of additional parts included had been smashed and parts were broken.
Definitely don t feel any loyalty to return.

From what i have heard and seen Service tech's are not can-am certified and just want to throw parts at your bike.

Good place for a bike. Friendly, knowledgeable, busy. No problem for me with the wait (they generally are prdtty busy)but everytime I go in there the wait for a salesman could take 30-40 minutes just for one to get freedup let alone the time to make it into the actual sales room to sign paperwork
