I was so lucky to get the best Sales Consultant at AT&T in Deer Park yesterday, Jan 17. His name is Arne Calimlim. Arne is a walking book of knowledge from finding the best iPhone service for me and recommending a cost effective service for my AT&T Cable service. Since my husband is an ex-Military we got an extra discount! Suggested we bring old unused iPhones just sitting around for credit. I've never walked out of a store feeling I got the best customer service, with the best pricing AT&T has for me. What a great feeling !!!!!!

Anthony was an excellent rep. Gave me great phone and the experience was great.

Our rep s name who helped us is Vadim. He was a gentleman. We had my 3 month old grandson and it was my daughter and I trying to port my number from Verizon over to her plan. It was complicated for various reasons I won t go into but he was patient and offered a chair for me to use for the baby carrier. He also gave me his card and said my X husband can call him directly if/when he feels like helping me with the 6 digit code (which he finally did hours later!). Vadim texted me to tell me all should be complete and instructed me to turn my phone off then on again. He was just a great guy all around. I generally am not a fan of ATT from past experiences and I even worked for them selling yellow pages back in the day.

Fantastic Experience with Damien. I was switching over my phones from Sprint and he and everyone else was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with getting everything set up and ready to go by the time the appointment was completed. Highly recommend if you are looking to switch phone providers, they are simply the best!

They put add on charges and fees without letting you know and without permission. (Att Next, extended insurance charge, didnt let me know about $30 upgrade fee or any of them, just went ahead and added them) I received bill full of surprises after giving them 10 out of 10 star review via text. So disrespectful, I am so dissapointed

I walked into AT&T looking for a new phone and got so much more!! Dakota met me at the door and took his time to explore a lot of options and even looked at my current plan and was able to save me some money.. Always a plus :) he patiently looked over specs and info on each phone I was considering to find me just the right fit! I am so thankful Dakota was there and wish there were more than 5 stars to leave for him.. He is very helpful, professional and polite and ATT is very lucky to have him as an employee.
