Although it is clear that the onus of this unforeseen situation lies predominantly with the supplier and the courier service they employed, the consequences of such an extensive waiting period have had a notable impact on our business operations.

The implications of this prolonged delay are multifaceted, causing us significant inconvenience and necessitating the suspension of certain operational activities.
