Great service arrived next day just what you need being in the motorcycle trade. Returned a item due to purchase error. But was quickly corrected no delays thank you would recommend

I had an issue with a product I'd purchased from Moto GB. Spoke to Lee, who was spot on and arranged a replacement. I had the new item within 24 hours of my original contact. I'm blown away with the superb customer care shown by these guys. Thank you so much for your help. Highly recommend company to deal with in my opinion.

As a trade customer of yours very disappointing to call up to get some prices for parts to be told that basically they cannot be bothered to give me the info and i need to look on their website!! top customer service as always guys

Similar experience to other people, online shop, says parts are in stock. Place an order and then your items are put on back order. You don't get any notification that you been put on backorder, to login and check why haven't had your part 2 weeks later... Apparently there's a problem with the front end system talking to the backend system...Followed up twice and to be told that the items are being unpacked of a container from China and be with you in 3 or 4 days. When I questioned why I was being told the same story twice, was told I had to appreciate the complexity of their business and I know that the global pandemic. The guy I was speaking to lost his temper pre-quickly when I wanted to know was when my part would be delivered.

I have never known such a quick and reliable company, they are always well stocked and always had the part I need, easy to navigate website and great super fast service and delivery

They are very happy to take your money but the customer service is shockingly poor when you have a problem with your bike.
They wont honour the warranty on my bike even though I have kept to their strict servicing rules.
My local dealer doesn't deal with them anymore and they expect me to travel 92 miles to another dealership.
A bloke called Lee is full of empty promises and the parts counter personnel, apart from the fact they don't seem to have anything in stock EVER, they are the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life.
I will never spend another penny with this company and recommend others don't either, Spend your money elsewhere

My first dealing with these guys rang up for some parts for a scooter i have in the workshop, which i could not find anywhere rang up where the bike came from and they said we just sell them for any parts please ring MOTOGB . So i rang them and got told all parts are in stock after dealing with a very rude inpatient person on the phone. Waited couple of days for parts and a item is missing rang up and spoke to someone eventually and they said it was on back order? I was never told, now i have to wait 6 weeks.
Note to self I will never have one of their imported bikes in my workshop again nothing but hassle.

Had a problem with my scooter and was a bit upset as I'd had it for less than a week but the guys at MotoGB went above and beyond to get me back on the road very quickly, mistakes happen but the aftersales department more than made up for it with great customer service.

Ordered a front brake caliper for a Royal Alloy GT 125, 4th April 21 was quoted a 2/3 week waiting time, looked at same part today it said shipping within 2 months, that will be 3mths without transport, cheers

I am one of life s critics when you pay for a service and it falls below a minimum standard. However when it s exceeded l am more than happy to promote. Every time I ve dealt with Moto GB they have exceeded my expectations. Ordered item yesterday, delivered 24 hours later. The guys on the phone could not have been more helpful. Thank you. Dave M.
