Very Bad Company... HR is very bad & rude... Labor rule is there....

Dont ever go here for interview. They will call you three times and then they will be disappear. They wont even pick the calls.

MIND as they say is an IT arm of Mother son Sumi. Located near sector 62 noida metro station. Nearby places: CDAC Noida Samsung tower etc. Nearest milestone Stellar towers.

I was coordinated by a recruiter Neha of MIND twice for a job opening. I was asked to come for scheduled face to face round today .i waited there for good 1 hour. As soon as I went infront of the interviewer he informed me that we are not looking for female candidates and we can not process your request. He told me that our requirements were already shared with HR and I don't know how your request was processed. I will take your interview of you want to but we can't shortlist you.
A fault from management not thinking about some one else's time just because you have multiple choice/options of candidates who want to work for you.

Infrastructure are very well
Easy to reach from sector metro 62 via sharing auto and bike available also.
hiring process is two steps:- test and interview
But mostly staff are rude behave
partiality between gender as i feel
no way to say that "you are rejected"
overall infrastructure and working environment is very well

Worst place to work... employees here didnt know about IT culture. They treat there employees like labours ...no architect no analyst no testing no automation tools team no process no agile no fixed timing from 9 am till ur boss wants you to stay (have to ask permission to leave daily) first day they asked to work on saturdays...this company is not in any way a IT company.
U can ignore this review and join but there are better companies nearby.

I went there and this company was looking for full stack developer.

Difficult to commute through public transport. Otherwise company's campus is good
