Worst place to work... employees here didnt know a...

Worst place to work... employees here didnt know about IT culture. They treat there employees like labours ...no architect no analyst no testing no automation tools team no process no agile no fixed timing from 9 am till ur boss wants you to stay (have to ask permission to leave daily) first day they asked to work on saturdays...this company is not in any way a IT company.
U can ignore this review and join but there are better companies nearby.
