Always a good experience. Freshly remodeled everything is well organized and very roomy. There was no waiting time at all after checking in I was called right in for my Dr visit. They also have a fully staffed dental department and will usually do same day emergencies. Dental work is expensive no matter where you go but they will work with you on a sliding scale and except most dental plans.
Billing is absolutely trash they fail to send bills out on time or at all they would rather send someone to collections for $26.00 then to make a call to let someone know they owe a copay trust me if I could give this place no stars I would DO NOT GO HERE!!

They'res a mix of awesome providers and staff and some that could step it up, I wouldn't say don't go here just carefully choose your providers. Scheduling is fairly easy. I
don't recommend using their pharmacy but ask to have things sent out to a different one, they don't seem to have it all together.
I have been a long time client of Moses Lake Community Heath. I had a shoulder injury this week and saw Dr. Greenburg, he was amazing! He was kind and compassionate. He addressed my issue and I am extremely satisfied with the care. Great Job Moses Lake Community Health!
I seriously waited for 3 hours to fixed a chipped tooth and it was not even that busy and they pulled me up to the office and said that they couldn t fix it. I missed out on work, my senior pictures, everything to get it fixed and they couldn t do one job

I took my daughter to community health for about a year, and each time we had an issue with something. We loved our provider but the staff and administration were incompetent. We had numerous issues with billing, and my daughters patient care from the MA. We switch to a different facility and it has been night and day difference. I no longer dread taking her to her appointments, or have to worry about my bill being correct, my appointments being canceled without my knowledge, or the staff giving her the right amount of vaccines. I would highly advise to take your needs somewhere else.
I was hesitant to go here because of the low ratinggs, but when my tooth broke I had no choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The customer service was very good and the dentist and his assistant were both very nice and did a great job! No complaints from me at all.
I see this place hasn't changed much. Get a message to call back and when you call back the only thing you can do is keep calling and leave message for them to call you back and they don't.
