Very bad service The receptionists do not know how to do their job well. Only one is attended by appointment. Also the receptionists are in the gossip and you are not served well.

Good doctors but they deny you medical attention if you don't have an appointment

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and I have been very satisfied with the service there, this clinic is very well kept, nice and clean, the staff there are wonderful... The only problem i have is that unfortunately things changed and I rarely see my doctor, because of the Nurse Practitioners. Dr.Ma & Dr.Silva are Awesome Doctors. I would like to be able to go to a clinic where my kids and I would be seen by the SAME doctor each visit, NOT by different people that are NOT Certified Doctors. I am grateful thou that if I would like to schedule an appointment to see either Dr. Ma or Dr. Silva I am given the opportunity to see them on a day that they come into the clinic... This is the IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A REGULAR DOCTOR THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH YOU AND YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY...

Bad service you ask for an authorization and they do not send it to you and some nurses with very bad character

I have been with this clinic for more than 10 years and I was previously very happy because one had the opportunity to work with only one doctor about my health; of a time for here since doctor silva almost is not seen and the doctor erika I leave the clinic all change is no longer the same. Now what I like the least is that the person who is in charge of authorizations is very tough with one. I hope the clinic improves because I do not want to change. All my family attends this same place but there are things that are failing a lot and as a client I feel dissatisfied.

Dr. Juan Silva is the best doctor. Ive being under his care for 10+ yrs.

The people at the front desk aren't helpful we ask them how much longer will is take they don't answer and we wait for literally 2 or more hours if I can't breathe they do nothing

Dr. Hector R. Castillo is a wonderful person! It's hard to find such an amazing doctor. He's not only very smart but shows kindness and warmth. He doesn't rush you and patiently listens to your concerns. I'm grateful to Jehovah God for finding such a caring and knowledgeable doctor for my son! The staff is very nice and the facility is very clean.
