One star for the emergency room. My husband is there now and has been there since yesterday about noon. He has been admitted but there are no beds available- it is a zoo- keep taking patients in with nowhere to put them. They are literally bumping beds in the hallway. Although staff is great, no way can these patients be properly cared for. There needs to be a capacity limit at some point - mistakes are made, tests and meds are late; etc. a nightmare, not to mention the food service which is bare minimum on that floor.

Literally this is the second time my daughter has had to stay, and she was literally only born a month ago. She s back in pediatric and they treat her horribly here. They have been giving her the wrong formula, they don t watch her at all, she was covered in spit when we got here. I completely feel like they discriminate against me because I m a young mother, like I shouldn t be here or something. It s not right, it shouldn t matter if I m 18 or 30, I should still be treated with the same respect no matter what. The only ones who actually treated me and her respectfully is the NICU, which she was in the first time for 3 weeks.

I had a freak accident causing a liver laceration 5/28/21. The staff at Morristown Medical Center took wonderful care of me. I thank them all for their expertise, attentiveness and caring. A wonderful, friendly hospital.

Appreciate the doctors performing the surgery that...

Appreciate the doctors performing the surgery that saved my mom's life.
But the general feeling was that we were ignored the entire time we were there. The initial surgeon reccomended her for next day surgery despite critical condition she was in. They forced us to stay longer than needed which we have to now battle with our insurance for. Their goal to "provide a outstanding and compassionate care in a healing environment" was not met.

The nurses and doctors are great it's the hospital...

The nurses and doctors are great it's the hospital policy's that need to addressed. No more than 2 people any per day as visitors. Our son has been in the ICU for 2 weeks and tomorrow we are saying goodbye to him and they still limit the visitors in a end of life moment. They should be ashamed. Don't bother telling me to contact patient relations .

Have been here for 5 hours with our infant needing...

Have been here for 5 hours with our infant needing treatment and to be looked at for a potential brain injury.

Fever and vomiting post head injury in the morning and came in at around 140 am. Still here at 6:40 am and have yet to see a doctor.

There are other infants in similar boats here. When the nurses tried to get a doctor over here, They were told that they couldn't even get a resident because they were far too busy and had to work the cases by time the other patients got here.

Little girl was in the next room and was screaming in pain for quite a bit of time before a resident even saw her and they wheeled her away immediately. Clearly they are overloaded and they are understaffed. Covid isnt even much of a thing right now so theres absolutely no excuse.

There are multiple other pediatric patients here that have also not been seen and they have been in the rooms for quite a bit of time as well.

So much for the #1 hospital in NJ ..

Great hospital, but there seem to be lots of issue...

Great hospital, but there seem to be lots of issues with their billing department. We were double billed, then we didn't receive notice of another bill, then after paying everything we got a letter saying that our bill was going to collections...even after we had already paid all bills we received.

Beforehand we even faced issues just trying to get a straight answer on the prices of services. Called, placed on hold, transferred, placed on hold, transferred and then the call hung up. Called back and went through the same cycle. It's a mess.

Update: Called the number they provided. Went to voicemail. Tried another time. Left a message. Never got a call back.

Absolutely horrendous emergency room care. My husband waited nearly 6 hours in triage in severe pain while numerous people came in after him (casually and without apparent distress) and were seen first.

This is by far one of the best hospitals I ve been...

This is by far one of the best hospitals I ve been to. The nurses, doctors, and staff are amazing! They truly care and take their time with you. Thank you to all of the amazing heroes that work here!

I have been to emergency room with my little one.....

I have been to emergency room with my little one.. Two stars only because it is a hospital but really this place is really not worth visiting. When I brought my LO there, they kept us for hours before they even did anything. I felt like all they cared was to keep us as long as they can and charge for a service which was worthless. Didn't feel cared...
