From the time they arrived, Cameron and Brody were very polite, extremely efficient and was respectful of my home by wearing their shoe covers and face mask to help protect from COVID. They replaced my filters for me, were very detailed about what they did, and was a pleasure to have in my home. They even played with my dog for a few minutes while going over options to help me get the life out of my unit. I appreciate the extreme professionalism that they had! Thank you for having such honest employees that acted with integrity, that treated me fairness and respected my home and myself! You guys are awesome!!

The Morris Jenkins crew put in a new well pump and replaced all the pipes through out my parents house. It was done in two visits but they did a WONDERFUL job both times. They were so patient with my dad telling them how it was done 40 years ago!!!!! They were so thorough. Made sure all was cleaned up before they left. And left a very good impression on my mom and dad.
I appreciate the time and effort they took on this job.

Pete was the plumber who assisted us with our leak issue and he was fantastic. We had a leak that we could hear in our living room walls that appeared to be related to an upstairs bathroom directly above. Pete took time to assess the situation, all the while explaining his thought process and the possible scenarios and outcomes. I feel lucky that we had him as our plumber. We live in a house that has three levels plus an attic and he had to have gotten at least 10000 steps that afternoon turning on and off various things to pinpoint our problem. I wish I could say that we ultimately had a small problem to fix but that will not be the case due to plaster walls and galvanized steel in our older home. But Pete was able to provide a good temporary fix to allow us to turn our water back on and remain living in our house while a separate long term solution will ultimately have to take place to update our pipes. Given the complicated nature of the repair, my husband and I were grateful for Pete s expertise, honesty, and obvious experience. He was methodical and thoughtful, which we appreciated, as I can imagine less experienced plumbers might have dug holes everywhere in search of the leak. I would definitely use Morris Jenkins again, especially if Pete was our plumber. Thank you so much, Pete.

Nick Bailey carefully outlined options for installing two new furnaces (up/down), comparing warranties and features. Our priority was having a very quiet system.
After making our decision, the installation was begun this afternoon within an hour or so, and finished by the end of the afternoon.

Travis was thorough, extremely professional, wore a mask in our home, and clearly explained (several times, thankfully!) the issues going on with our plumbing. At our request, he even helped us consider and prioritize which matters might need to be tended to first as our plumbing issues in an older home are complex. Teammates Steven Jenkins and Jesus Colon came out and did a fantastic job of evaluating my plumbing issues and fixing the problem very efficiently. More than that, they were on time, professional and courteous, and were great at teaching.

My favorite thing about Morris Jenkins is you re always given a thorough explanation of what is going on (or whether there even is a problem). When technicians leave, I always feel educated and like my money is going toward a solution to something going on in my home.
