The company could not deliver on their promised appointment date considering people who are selling their houses is more of a priority right now (after already receiving funds). The customer service is very poor. No "thank you," no extra steps taken to excel, no reminders, no rescheduling notices... NOTHING! We didn't even receive instructions on the refund. Just told us they would cancel it instead of giving me an exact date in an effort to show some sort of customer service!

I order surveys for real estate closings. In the past, they have been excellent. In the last few months, they have been getting behind doing the surveys. Now, the surveys are being done the day before closing, requiring me to rush over to pick them up. This has been going on for too long. Because this is a commodity service where personal service and time management is the key difference, I am concerned.
They came out surveying my neighbors property but they also did mine too without my permission!!! Reporting them to the BBB
