Morinville Vision Care Review

Great,friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Given great advice for the problem I have.Would recommend to anyone

Everyone at the clinic was so helpful and thorough. Our appointments were right on time and efficient. After our appointments, we were helped out in choosing new glasses. The staff at the Morinville location are very knowledgeable and we appreciated their input. My daughter and I had a very positive experience as always!

I just sat in the waiting room with an emergency eye problem for nearly 4 hours. The last hour not one appointment showed up and the place was empty other than a couple people looking at glasses. I asked when I walked in the door if they could help me and was told no problem at all. They failed me as a patient today completely! Only one staff member came to check on me once and said it was not going to be much longer, 2 hours after that I had to leave with my eye still a major problem, I just couldn't wait any longer. What to take from this experience? This place is not equipped or ready to handle eye emergencies or issues, please do not go here for an eye problem go to another clinic or hospital. The irony is the sign posted all over the lobby about cancellations.

I'll add an update as of the same day as the review. After talking with the office manager they convinced me to come back in to be checked out. So I gave them a second chance to make things right, they were pleasant enough this time around and I don't think I need to put any more advice on here as I think they know where the breakdown was in my case. So I've adjusted my review to reflect the effort they put in to make it right.

Always professional, curious and more than willing to help with eye glass fittings. Also willing to work with you on cheaper brands.

Right from entering the office which is very clean; the receptionists help you right away, very thorough eye exams are provided; all the Optometrists are wonderful, they questions if you have any. The Opticians took great lengths to ensure the glasses were fitting properly, making sure you are aware of the different type of lenses. They follow up making sure the glasses / lenses are fitting right & there are no other concerns.

I'm very happy with Capital Vision Care, Morinville; the Staff are wonderful to deal with.
