I recently came across a financial company based in Kansas City, and I must say my experience with them was average. The company's website was easy to navigate, providing clear information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the overall communication from the company could have been better. They didn't provide regular updates, and it felt like I had to constantly reach out to them for any progress.
