Moppin' Mommas Review

I had someone come by just to dust the apartment thoroughly because I am allergic to dust mites. It was around Halloween time and they were very affordable and kind. The woman asked me if everything was to my liking and when done she even left a goodies bag for my two kids.

Moppin Mamas is a rip off. It took two cleaners five hours to barely clean anything in an EMPTY house we just bought. They left streaks on the bathroom mirrors, they didn't wipe down the kitchen counters or island, they didn't dust the cobwebs, and they knocked my son's blinds off his windows and just left them in the middle of his room. A complete waste of $200 because they don't give refunds!!

Bad place to book a cleaning, even worse place to work. Stear clear!

I purchased a Groupon from Moppin' Mamas to have two rooms carpet cleaned before the house sale. They texted ne and we agreed they would be at the house on ther following Monday around lunch. Monday at lunch time came and I hadn't heard anything from them. I texted and they said they didn't know when a crew would be available and couldn't do it that day. The earliest they could come now was that next Thursday. I told them that wouldn't work because the house was closing that Thursday. They said they could do it Wednesday afternoon. That time came and went. What a waste of my money. Customer service is NOT a priority.

Needed a newly purchased home cleaned before moving in ... so DISAPPOINTED I could have cried. I feel like I just thew $240. Out the window! I wish I could send pictures!!!
