Went in because I had a low tire pressure warning light. Service Advisor Jimmy Brown helped me and got my problem solved. He was courteous and very helpful. I recommend seeing him on your next visit.

They will make you feel like royalty and the center of the universe. They are not pushy, you won't spend hours on end bickering, and they listen to you. I have been a customer for about 10 years, always ...

I have been a customer for about 10 years, always had a good experience with the service department. Very disappointed with the service today,11-15- 2021. After about 2 hours, while in the waiting area I saw my car brought out an parked. I waited for 20 minutes no one came to get me . I decided to go out to the service area, went across to the cashier area ,there were 6 people waiting. A woman said they had been waiting about 10 - 15 minutes no one was in the cashier office. After about 3-4 minutes one of the service writers said he had called for someone to come take care of us. When the woman who had spoken earlier got her turn she was told they didn t have paperwork for her. She told the cashier her car had been sitting out side the door for over a half hour. I was the next inline, asked for my bill was also told she didn t have any paperwork. She then said she would find out what was going on. When she returned she told me my car wasn t ready, I pointed to my car, also in the pickup area. I told her it had been there for over 30 minutes. They finally got the paperwork straight and I paid and left. I had 2 things to get done to my car, which were written on the service order. Only the oil change was done, no one ever even came and talked to me about the repair to my mirror. Very disappointed.

I have purchased two pre-owned vehicles from Moore Cadillac. Ray provides a great, pressure free sales experience and always goes the extra mile as well as Chris in the service department. Much better experience than going to the "Big Box" Auto stores!

The staff at Moore Cadillac are courteous and prof...

The staff at Moore Cadillac are courteous and professional. We drove nearly 2 hours to buy our CT5 back in December of 2020 and were so pleased with our experience we decided to return for the first oil change and tire rotation this past week. The service was well worth the drive. We felt like family and will continue to make the trip for future service needs.

The worst experience l ever had, l have purchased...

The worst experience l ever had, l have purchased four cars and one truck. Today l was told to bring my car in for service and l did just that. After about an hour or so went to the service desk to see what was going on. The service manager said they didn't have time get to it today and l needed to take it home with the check engine light on and bring it back on Wednesday approximately 35 miles away. They didn't not have any car available for me drive home. I have purchased my last CADILLAC !
