Excellent place. Brightly lit. Entrance & lobby very upscale. Bathrooms are super clean & well maintained.

Hello Everyone, I am a bit late with providing updates on my experience. So i guess its better late then never. My family and I are locals from Chicago we spent good money to do my brothers wedding at this hall on the even of Christmas Dec 24th. As you all may recall, it was a cold night and we had fresh snow that fell. Knowing very well its a wedding, the owners of the banquet hall should have known to clean up the parking lot. We have women and children and elderly coming in dressed up wearing high heels and dress shoes its very very slippers and dangerous. I had told the management 2x to clean the parking lot up as we got in early that night to take pictures professionally. I was assured it would be cleaned up prior to the guest when it wasnt. They claimed their truck is being used elsewhere. I dont think such a big organization should have 1 snow plow truck they should have had 1 for this location only. Anyways, that was 1 complaint and the other issue was they have 2-3 bars located in the hall we rented out. It was virtually impossibly to find a bartender or employee to serve drinks. Most of the workers were actually cleaning the tables instead of serving drinks. My father and I went to 2 diff bars to get coke and no worker was standing there at all. I had told management a couple of times they were present there which was good but after complaining a couple times nothing was done. The 2 reasons above caused me to write this review as honest as I can be and its small but it needs to be fixed for future customers especially those coming in the winter months in Chicago. All else was amazing, clean, new, upgraded chairs tables carpets, etc. Amazing place! Thanks!

There was an organization doing COVID-19 testing & there was a very short line. I only had to wait a few minutes. It takes longer to fill out the paperwork than to actually take the nasal swab. Got my results when promised. Did not have an opportunity to experience the banquet facilities or their services.

The owner is very untrustworthy. I reserved the banquet hall last March for my wedding but due to COVID we couldn't have large gatherings. I asked the owner within two days of reserving the hall if I can get a refund due to government restrictions and at that time he said yes but then after that he stopped taking my calls. When I tried from a different number, he picked up and then quickly hung up after I asked for my refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They did a wonderful job with our event.nice ambience. Food was also very good.well mannered amazing staff to work with. Strongly recommend this place
