I still don't understand why you should even set up Premium Access, it does NOTHING. It doesn't save your information to make it easier to pay your bill. I pay all my bills online and this site is severely behind the times and takes me 5 minutes to type all my info in each time and prove that I'm a HUMAN. Ridiculous!! Alabama get with the times!!!
As far as setting up an account online, was maybe a lot of information but it was approved very fast less than 24 hours. Also get notes on door when we filled up our pool. You used 17,000 gallons of water. LOL So cute!
They are the only company where you cannot easily change payment methods without getting penalized. It is not the customer's fault that it takes you 30 days to process a payment method change. The change was made on my end well before the due date. While I'm here, the price you demand for water is price gouging. Let people pay for what they actually use and charge a reasonable fee. Shame on you.
They are not transparent with anything they do. I set up my autopayment on their website (using the same credentials as the past, and have saved that information to set up the autopay) and 10 days after the due date they claim that it was returned because it was a wrong account. Then, they shut off my water saying that I did not pay when the bank account information was correct and everything was set up. They just find new ways to charge you more money and their customer service representatives are full of attitudes and do not care to help. They just pass on judgement through the phone and take no action in trying to help you with the situation. No wonder nobody gives this place good reviews.
Customer service is terrible. Communication is worse.

The old website was easy to use, which was the only good thing about MWWSB because that reduced interaction with their rude, unprofessional customer service. The new website is the worst, most inefficient method of bill-paying I have ever seen. Having been a customer for almost 20 years and endured their horrible customer service, I truly believe they made the new website so difficult to use because they recognized a new way to generate late payments and the abusive fees they generate. They love to turn people's water off and charge them $40 or $50 to turn it back on and make them wait ALL DAY with no time window and miss a day of work so a guy with a key can turn it back on in 20 seconds. I have tried overpaying my bill, sending, oh, like six months in advance. They were furious and sent me a check for the balance minus one month and said this is not allowed. They want you to miss or underpay so you'll have to pay more than their already inflated prices because, I guess, having a monopoly on water -- how does a private company get a monopoly on WATER -- doesn't create enough revenue to satisfy the greed of this unregulated "utility." By the way, I have moved twice and had to move my account, because I had to go into their office and be insulted by their rude, incompetent employees and even one time the guard, who was ruse and kept calling me by my last name and sneered when I told him to put a "Mr." in front of that. Oh, when they finally, after about 100 years, replaced the rusted, leaky pipes that caused brown, undrinkable water in my new neighborhood, they took forever, tearing the streets to smithereens and leaving them potholed, dangerous and likely to damage cars for months.
Very nasty!!! You can't get the services you need, yet you pay for them!!! We gotta do better. You don't want to be bothered you need to work for yourself.
Everybody gone at 5pm so how do you all know how long your techs will be on duty my family has been waiting for hours??? I want that little fee for same day installation to be refunded back on this mf card
