This is my first time to office in this type of environment and it has been extremely nice. The people that manage the facility have been outstanding along with the Receptionist (Tiffany) that is always very helpful with any needs.

Key aspects that I have considered for the review of the Worksuites Centers and specifically WORKSUITES - The Woodlands Location:
1) Location Five Stars Multiple Locations in Prime Real Estate Areas as well as quick access to main Freeways & Roads. No Issues with Parking and the building itself looks very professional.
2) Office Design & Layout Five Stars This Center has been recently built. The modern design & decor, lighting and optimal layout gives you a perfect balance and at the same time flexibility to choose different office and meeting room sizes. I also like the view of all the trees from most of the areas. This office has a very nice kitchen and a coffee lounge.
3) Environment Five Stars The clients at this Center seem to be culturally and professionally diverse. So far everyone has been very respectful and professional when it comes to conducting business so I have been able to focus and work in a very productive and private way.
4) Service Five Stars - To me this is the most important aspect when it comes to choosing a workspace location. The service offered by Management and the Staff at this Location has been Outstanding. Very proactive when it comes to offering help and support and overall solutions to my needs. Please keep up with the Excellent Service.
5) Pricing & Lease Terms Five Stars Worksuites offers a variety of options when it comes to Pricing & Lease Terms. I very much appreciate for being Very Transparent when it comes to Pricing.

This was my 3rd time visiting with a client and it s always an energetic atmosphere! The kitchen pretty much is clean (which is a decent size by the way) conference rooms are pretty modern, and EVERY SINGLE time we have arrived, there s always a great pretty smile welcoming us, with such a high spirited vibe in the lobby area. Would highly recommend to others in business.
The courtesy and immediate response to "any" situation is outstanding. Tiffany, the floor receptionist and 1st point of contact, is personable, professional, and acts quickly to resolve issues. This is first time using a facility such as this and it has been a very good experience. My compliments to the entire staff.
More reasonably priced than Regus but hard to find place. Plenty of parking.
Montgomery County Community Foundation has had an office at WorkSuites The Woodlands for over a year. The staff is very professional, friendly, and responsive. They make everyone feel welcomed. The layout is conducive to building a sense of community or working solo - depending on your personal need. Great amenities! I love the access to the conference rooms and the view from my office. The building was the corporate office for George MItchell's Mitchell Energy & Development Company, so there is a lot of history in this building. I highly recommend WorkSuites is you are looking to lease 1 or a few offices for your business. Hope to see you here!
The Woodlands Worksuites has an elegant setup for an affordable price. The staff members are friendly and professional, and the location is well lit and overlooks treetops from the top floor of a recently remodeled office building. The complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit infused water is a nice plus, too. I recommend Worksuites to others without reservation!
The location is perfect right in the middle of the Woodlands. The staff onsite are by far the best, from support to just great to be around. They insure that all your needs are met from a office support level to the hospitality. The other clients at this location are also some of the best. I truly enjoy coming here and recommend it to anyone...
I needed a place to conduct business while we negotiated and built out a permanent location. Found this place via a wrong turn and couldn't be happier. Place is managed very well, great amenities, and extremely responsive to any needs. Home office is in Taiwan and all visitors are impressed with the facilities. Best of all, this locale promotes a positive image for my company be it either through employee interviews or hosting customers. Two thumbs up!

I came in today to meet with a colleague of mine and the receptionist Ms. Tiffany was just phenomenal. That radiant smile of hers as soon as you walk into the building is a HUGE PLUS for Worksuites! My colleague complimented her all the way and not to mention shortly after him so did every other tenant in the suite! Everyone was expressing how much they loved this Tiffany I could hear all the tenants chant "Thanks Tiffany" "You're the best" "Super Tiff" all within an hour It was insane. I've never heard someone get so much credit and on top of it be able to back it up. She is a great asset to this place. She also gave me a tour last minute I know she was ready to go and still willingly dropped all her belongings and showed me the place! She stayed until about 5:45 this afternoon and had me stunned. Once my contract is over with Regus I look forward to meeting with Tiffany again and signing a deal.
Clean facility in a great area of The Woodlands. I prefer Worksuites to the other Coworking locations nearby.
Amazing facility , location, and staff! The kitchen is always stocked with coffee and water for any client. The receptionist Miach is so helpful and nice , supper clean area and the service is always top tier.

I moved my office to WorkSuites at the beginning of March and I'm loving it. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any needs you may have.
