Wish I can leave no stars. Dropped my wife off at her appointment time an hour ago and she is still waiting. They book 20 people for the same appointment time and then ignore you. Over 40 cars in parking lot so you have to park on street.

Just spoke to one of this billing clerks. Sounded like an older man. I was trying to explain to him that I will be handling my bill(less than 150 dollars) by the end of September and all he did was get rude with me and hang up the phone. Ridiculous.
