Every police department around our great country has a few bad cops ..I've never really cared for law enforcement because I myself was a law breaker but after last night my views of these men and women has changed. ..I wished I had the officer's name but hopefully he will see this ..I want to thank you for going above and beyond to try to find my brother. ...He did not have to do what he did but he did he called me four or five times over the course of four hours asking me questions and keeping me updated...though they never found him he was found and is in the hospital.....THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. ..MAY GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU.......THANK YOU

I had a positive experience with Deputy Justin Pierce. He and his partner helped me out with a flat tire in the middle of the night near the woodlands mall about a week ago. I am so grateful for his help, his great attitude and his kindness. He even escorted me to a gas station to get some air in my donut tire! People like this are hard to come across and I really appreciate him. Thank you so much!

P.S. : I ve been trying to call the non-emergency line to commend him but this line is unanswered. So I decided to leave a review here and hope it reaches someone.

I have been trying to press charges against someone for theft during a real estate transaction. It is a criminal charge not a civil charge. I have all the proof in a packet and it's very cut and dry. It is against a husband and wife that have extensive criminal history ripping people off for money. Believe it or not, I have been trying for over 2 years. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I never imagined attempting to file charges against someone where I would feel like the bad guy and am the one being ignored. I have a case number but am being kept from moving forward. l pay property taxes in this county. Why would I be treated this way?

Poorly trained and under educated. They are some of the most corrupt and inept people that I have encountered during my travels around the world. My cable guy has better and more training than these clowns. Yet, they are back by an even more insidious agency: The Montgomery County District Attorney's office. Together they will make sure that injustice is served and that no good deed goes unpunished.

I was treated very rudely the last time my son was in jail there. I was sent to 3 different blocks before I got to the right one. I had to go into a room to see him. Not in the general population sector. ThenI had to wait until the room was free. I was told I would get 2 visits but then they only let me have one. My son is back in there and I won't be going to see him this time. The only way to stop them is to report them to Texas Jail Project. Look them up

They train their officers to have a god complex. They treat other humans with no respect and place them in inhumane conditions. They will also keep some of your documents so make sure to double check you re items before walking out the door. If you take any medications you prob won t receive them while booked here.

We are very satisfied with Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Deputy Brian Olsen. He was very helpful, polite and professional during his duty. Thank you so much for your service!

I have been attempting to get some assistance from MCSOfor almost 2years. I have submitted crime stoppers tips and contacted the sheriff's office and left messages for narcotics detectives with no response. I have never received a response from crime stoppers tips and spoke to to officers with no success. I am tired of calling the sheriff's department for assistance with illegal activities and drug trafficking.
I have called the sheriff's department weekly with no success. Its unfortunate that I have provided all the important information to do an investigation with NO RESPONSE. Who do we homeowners call of the Sheriff's department is not willing to make an effort to resolve serious issues in Montgomery County. I was told by an officer on Monday that he had a large area to patrol and there was not much he could do to respond to call.

Two detectives, Chantel Ward and Prudencio Ochoa are diligent in their duties to protect and serve. A druggie stole our trailer and working materials, these two detectives not only searched us out and apprised us of the theft. They then relentlesly pursued finding our property and getting it returned to us. It is a real honor to have these two detectives out there. We are looking forward to prosecuting the theif and her accomplice(s). But more importantly I want to say thank you to these two detectives. They have a difficult job and they take it seriously.

This sheriff's office will arrest anyone for absolutely anything they possibly can because that's how they make their money.
I have even had my vehicle towed during a traffic stop for no insurance when I did have my insurance up to date. I still had to pay the impound and tow fee, 300+.
I have multiple complaints against this department but if I wrote them all down I could write a book.
