My mother got into this program and was looking forward to taking I.T. classes. Since she was a beginner, she wanted to take beginner classes that had the basics of networking and I.T. She was placed in a higher level class even after she told them she wanted to switch to an easy class. She tried contacting the person who could switch her class but they responded too late, and whenever the person did reply, they repeated themselves, not listening to my mother. My mother even tried contacting many other people to see if they could do something to help her. She tried asking about other classes she could take and the person simply repeated herself, paying no attention to what my mother said nor trying to help her. They have poor customer service and are not helpful. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
