From the beginning of the claims process to the end was horrible. I waited 2 weeks after filing the claim to start calling on updates. Then they said they needed a different receipt.
Called the store, got a different receipt. Still no movement on the claim. Call back a few days later and told yeah, you're covered for this. Lies. I waited over a month for a tech to come and assist with my claim. When he arrived he only could fix a portion of this and said I had to get back in touch with this useless furniture service company. They are telling me a rip is denied when the policy specifically covers rips. When they had said they were sending a tech out, they said my claim was approved but in reality, they had already denied it without telling me.
Don't waste your money with this program. If you want to attempt to fight them, your only option is arbitration. If your claim is denied and you request a 2nd review, it will be denied for a final time in less than 2 minutes. Worst company. Worst customer service. I couldn't hate a company more.
