From the beginning of the claims process to the end was horrible. I waited 2 weeks after filing the claim to start calling on updates. Then they said they needed a different receipt.
Called the store, got a different receipt. Still no movement on the claim. Call back a few days later and told yeah, you're covered for this. Lies. I waited over a month for a tech to come and assist with my claim. When he arrived he only could fix a portion of this and said I had to get back in touch with this useless furniture service company. They are telling me a rip is denied when the policy specifically covers rips. When they had said they were sending a tech out, they said my claim was approved but in reality, they had already denied it without telling me.

Don't waste your money with this program. If you want to attempt to fight them, your only option is arbitration. If your claim is denied and you request a 2nd review, it will be denied for a final time in less than 2 minutes. Worst company. Worst customer service. I couldn't hate a company more.

The worse experience I've ever had!!! I made a claim 2 months ago with no resolve sent pictures and gave them all the information they needed, sat on hold for 3 hours EACH time I called in, just for your rude representative to tell me they still have to send a technician out to look at the furniture. This was a total waste of time! I'll never get a furniture warranty ever again!

Used the online claim submission process, but the claim sat idle until I called to get a status six weeks later. Only when I asked for some action was a technician assigned to evaluate and confirm the damage. The local tech did arrive promptly and sent in his report, but again nothing was done until I complained to the store where I had purchased the chair. At that point and after five months my claim was fairly settled. My advice to others who are making a claim, use the call me back feature as the service desk is pretty good about returning those calls.

Technician due to arrive 10:45;- 1:45. Didn't arrive until approximately 6 pm. I missed one day of unpaid wages. Not very happy.

Technician was however professional and courteous. I was pleased with his repairs.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT purchase a protection plan through this company. If you do, ensure you read the fine print so you know what is covered and what isn t. Do not believe the salesman if you were told the warranty is awesome and will cover ANYTHING if something were to happen to your furniture.

Have been dealing with a claim for well over a year. I have wasted so much time and energy on this company. I should have just saved my money and not gotten any furniture insurance. I have had multiple calls, waiting hours on hold. I have had a claim going since August of 2020. Finally over the summer, with much help from Ashley Furniture s end of things, I was able to get some of the pieces replaced. Now on the pieces that need repair I have had the parts sitting at my house for months on end with no time line or communication as to when the repairs will happen. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over a week now. The first call I made said less than 5 minute hold. No big deal eventually I pressed the call back feature thinking I would have a call back within 5 minutes. Nope it was over 4 hours later. Of course they called back at an inconvenient time where I had bad reception, so they dropped the call. Now I have been on hold for 50 minutes and counting. I am scared to try the call back feature again. The claim that you don t lose your place in the queue is false. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is not worth your time and energy. I would rather have not bought insurance in the first place. I am contemplating finding an attorney because I am just so upset that it s been over a year and this claim is still not processes. MFG if you are seeing this, PLEASE do the right thing. I do not think whomever the founder of this company is had this vision in mind when he/she creates this. How sad!

5 months after submitting a claim, at least 15 ema...

5 months after submitting a claim, at least 15 emails, and 2 requests to schedule an inspection and the only feedback is that something I didn't ask to be repaired isn't covered.... Still waiting to hear if the actual item I asked for can be repaired/replaced. Can't even say the delays are covid related because when I complain to friends and family they say they've had similar experiences before. Do not waste your money on this 'service'

Edit: took 3 weeks to schedule repairs & they are scheduled for 2+ months out. So all in all (assuming the repairs are done on time), 8 months to go through this process.

My experience with Montage Service Center was excellent! They were very expedient in processing my claim and very very accommodating toward me! Very nice customer service department! Also, a special thank you to Caitlyn and Scott at Slumberland Furniture in Sioux City for helping me above and beyond to be able to resolve this situation. There are a lot of good people out there!!!!!

Terrible customer service other than one lady I got though to. Most times I would call would get the run around and say they would have someone reach out and would not hear from anyone with in a week and would have to call back and get someone else and then go through the same process
The store I purchased the chair from was helpful and would return my calls and try to solve the issue
