This is the most inept billing service that I've ever had the misfortune to come across!! For nearly 9 months, I've tried to get across to them my insurance information. Still receiving statements that I will NEVER pay!! They're completely unable to understand that I have Medicare secondary payer and cannot understand that they MUST use the correct billing codes so that they can get paid!! They rate a ZERO!! I will no longer attempt to do THEIR job for them!! I'm done!!

I received an statement of collection regarding a service/anesthesiologist fees for my son in 2016 that was already paid in 2017. I called the company and it took hour before I was able to get a person.
They claimed it was not paid, they really insisted it was not. I'm glad I used bill pay and through on line I can check proof of payment and where I can see the payee had deposited the money i paid to them , indicated on the back of the bill pay-check. I was just fortunate that the collection agent I spoke with (by the name of HOLLY, I salute you) where so so nice to investigate the matter. In less than 15 minutes she called me back, she said that Richard Kennedy, Inc provide them with different acct number that complicate the matter. That I was already paid.
Whose fault was this. Richard L Kennedy, Inc who sent them a bill that was already paid to be collected again. I'm glad I can still remember things. What if these are elderly people. Shame on you Richard L Kennedy, Inc.
