Monolo Hair Studio Review

I have been going to Monolo for about 8 years now and they ve always been incredible. I honestly do not trust anyone else to cut or color my hair! Would definitely recommend, you really cannot go wrong with Lauren or Mattie!

Lauren does awesome job with coloring, highlighting, and lowlighting along with cutting/styling my hair. I always get very positive comments from my colleagues and friends. Even though I am older, she is always keeping "my look" up to date. Everyone is polite and willing to hang up my coat, get me a drink (coffee or tea or water), and offering to serve in anyway with a smile.

Now, I found out they have pedicures with a massage chair. I will switch to Monolo for all my pedis. :)

Initially, I found Monolo and Lauren from a Groupon about 2-3 years ago and have chosen their studio as my choice studio even though it is about 20 miles away.

I took my son to get laser treatment for his back with Sherise and the experience was wonderful. She explained everything and was very personable. my son felt amazing after she was done and felt very comfortable with Sherise. she is a very professional and caring person who truly wants to help people feel better.

I've been going to Monolo Hair Salon for a few months now. At first I chose Monolo because they allowed scheduling appointment online, but then I've been so happy with the experience that I've stayed. I have years where all I want is short hair and other years where I just want to grow my hair out. Ashley gave me a fun haircut when I wanted a chop, and now I'm growing it again. Ashley also suggested I try some highlights to accent my natural color, and I think they are so pretty! Overall, if you are in the Highland area looking for a hair stylist, I highly recommend Monolo. Good prices and good stylists.

Got my hair done today... Never disappointed when Lauren or Mattie do my hair!! It's also nice to have 2 amazing hair stylists in one place. Never have to wait to do my hair if one is gone on a certain day great prices too

Mattie cuts my hair and I never look as good as I do when i am walking out.... She's always in a great mood, and she always does a great job. If only they could get a sink that was made for a man's neck... GREAT local hair care.

Over seven months since my last visit. I am so glad I went in. I feel a little back to normal with having my, "virus hair don"t care", hair gone! Lauren you are the best. Maybe I can lose the rona 10 next.

I love the staff at this salon!! Lauren and Ashley did a fabulous job today cut, color, highlights! I have never felt more welcomed or comfortable. I brought my Brittany with me as she goes everywhere I do and Lauren said bring her in. She was a salon dog today. Everyone was so sweet to her. Thank you to Lauren! My sister said I look like a college student...(don t you love sisters...lol)

I have been to many hair salons and I have to give Monolo Salon 5 stars. Lauren is exceptional and goes out of her way to make her clients happy. All of the staff is friendly and talented in their skill so if you're looking for a place that takes pride in the satisfaction of their clients then this is the place for you.

First time having my hair done at Monolo. Mattie is great, she did exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I already scheduled my next appointment.

I love my new style from Lauren. I really like Monolo's Hair Studio, also. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, but also upscale. The new style that I have is relatively easy for me to maintain, and holds its style throughout the day, even though I am in and out of the car in all kinds of weather. I would highly recommend Monolo's!

No need for me to look any further, Kellie did a beautiful job and was able to give me better results then I hoped for. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and professional. My sons and I have been coming here for a long time and have always had great haircuts by really great, warm people. The entire Monolo team is tops in Milford and Highland, MI if your looking for a full service salon.

This salon gives you a personal feeling that they care. They take time making sure they understand what you are expecting. The cut and color was over the top Thankful I found this gem in Highland.

I loved the people and atmosphere but I honestly hate my hair... I paid $140+ and walked out with hair that looked almost exactly how it did when I walked in... I wanted to get me hair a nice red color but I ended up walking out with dark hair with red tint and to make matter worse it's already washing out and I went exactly a week ago...

The deep tissue by Danielle was amazing, she got all of my knots out including the ones I didn't even know I had. I'll definitely be going back again.

I recommend Monolo to everyone. Lauren is a talented stylist and business owner. I always feel comfortable and welcomed and my hair always looks great when I walk out.

We are from out of town and Monolo's Hair Studio went out of their way to take care of us. Very friendly, courteous and made us feel like Family. Out 14 year son got the soccer hair cut that he has always wanted! I myself got the amazing hair trim with layers that I really needed to give my face the trim-line look that I love! Our 17 year old daughter got a hair trim and some gorgeous color high-lights that make her look straight out of Bay-Watch set. Yes, I just dated myself. Thank you staff-Lauren, Monica, Christina and all staff!! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know everyone and love our results. Trust me when I say, if our teenage son enjoyed this hair salon place, it is not a coincidence that we were meant to go to Monolo's Hair Salon today. We highly recommend the wonderful staff and their quality of hair-styling.
