My kids and I took the Eco Kayak tour at the Manasquan Resevoir. It was hot out but we felt cool with the breeze on the lake. Our guides Blake and Caitlin were awesome!! They were both friendly and knowledgeable. It was well worth the time, and we all enjoyed it very much Please note: this tour goes from the Environmental center, not the Visitor center.

As a resident/taxpayer in Monmouth County for more than 30 years and living in close proximity to two Monmouth County Parks for just as long I can say unequivocally Monmouth has the best operated and maintained County parks in the state of NJ. County golf courses are the best too because they're run by professionals who know what they've doing. We're lucky to have such great Green Spaces in Monmouth County.

Nice place no alcohol aloud on grounds, many tables can play baseball, horseshoes and have swings, barbecue pits. Bathroom is on ground and there is water for pets.

A nice, spacious park with a playground for children, and many trails to explore and walk on.

Don't want to give more stars and have the park be full up. But it's a beautiful park. And a great secret hideaway in Monmouth county that is not the beach. Don't go here. Visit Belmar instead.
