Morning MN Team. On Monday night we had an incident where one of the elderly people in the complex felt and needed medical assistance. We tried for about 15 minutes to get an ambulance to come out with no luck. I decided to phone the MonitorNet control room and ask for assistance.

Within 10 minutes from my call the MonitorNet Response vehicle and the vehicle from Emer-G-Med was on the premises (it actually arrived 3 or 4 minutes after the ambulance from Unitas Hospital), so it was there in a very good time.

Please convey our appreciation to the people who were on duty Monday night. The service was excellent.

Always amazing service from all staff. Highly recommended ! Have been a customer for about a year and always receive professional helpfulness and competent security advice. Fast response time. Guard staff are the type of smart, strong, prepared people who you'd hope arrive to help in a security emergency.

NO WONDER THE MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS ON HELLO...

NO WONDER THE MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS ON HELLO PETER! WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. THEY BROKE INTO MY HOUSE OVER EASTER WEEKEND. THE SATURDAY MONITOR NET SENT ME A SMS AT 01:13 THAT THE POWER WAS OFF, 01:59 I GOT ANOTHER SMS THAT THE BATTERY IS LOW, 05:13 I GOT A SMS THAT THE POWER CAME BACK ON WHICH IT NEVER DID. I CALLED MONITOR NET IN THE MORNING AND THE CONTROL ROOM ADVISED ME THAT EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER. i AM SURE IF EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER THEN THE POWER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON AND THAT THE SIGNALS FROM THE OFFICE TO MY RADIO WOULD WORK WHICH IT NEVER DID. THE THIEVES CAME BACK SUNDAY EVENING TO TAKE EVERYTHING LUCKILY WE WEREN'T HOME BECAUSE MY CHILD IS ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD. ACCORDING TO MY NEIGHBOR THE THIEVES LEFT OUR PREMISES WITH MY WIFE'S CAR SUNDAY NIGHT AROUND 21H00. THE MONDAY AROUND 12PM WE GOT A CALL FROM FRIENDS THAT OUR GATE IS OPEN. NOT TO MENTION THAT NO PATROL VEHICLE INFORMED US AS CUSTOMERS THAT THE GATE IS OPEN. OUR FRIENDS ONLY THEN DISCOVERED THAT THEY BROKE IN AND TOOK EVERYTHING. UPON OUR ARRIVAL WE SWITCHED THE POWER BACK ON. THEN MONITOR NET CAME TO REPLACE MY BATTERY AND RADIO. I SPOKE TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HE IS ADAMANT THAT HIS SYSTEM DID WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO. IF THIS IS THE CASE WHY DID THEY NOTIFY ME THAT MY POWER IS BACK ON AND WHY DID THEY CHANGED THE RADIO????? IF YOU WANT TO STAY SAFE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! NO WONDER THE MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS ON HELLO PETER!

Keenan from your control room is excellent And professional my wife called for a patrol car to come As our neighbor had a break in.Keenan sent 2 highly competent guys that made their presence known. I know from experience I rather pay for the quality service monitor net continues to give me. I can't put a price on my families safety.

Horrible service! Was pitched the idea of the Alarm App for a pretty penny. Since installation I have been having numerous issues. Was told now to pay R650 for them to come look at the radio THEY installed. Ridiculous! Have contacted the Operations manager, Sales and info via email. Veroshney Ramjas read and ignored my email. Suretha Janeke read and ignored my email. Only interested to sell you something new, as soon as you have an issue you have to pay extra just to get it fixed!

We had a break in last night. Your armed response came quickly but then he told us he was to scared to go take a look around, and he ended up leaving and we had to look around our own yard and house to see if there was anybody. Absolutely pathetic.

This weekend storms in Centurion blew over a big t...

This weekend storms in Centurion blew over a big tree in my yard. It fell on my wall and electric fence triggering my alarm. The tree actually ripped off all the mountings out the wall. Monitor net went out on the alarm call twice and left notes to say all seems FINE...... What is the quality of personnel they employ? What is defined as FINE? How do you do a perimeter check if you can t notice a 20m tree laying on a fence? Today when trying to lodge a complaint they can t put you in contact with the manager and drop your call after 5 minutes.... How do you put the safety of your family in their hands?

Last night around 03H00 the house alarm went off. Within 2 minutes the armed guard from Monitornet was on site and secured the premise. Looks like alarm went off for no reason. Thanks to this guard and Monitornet for the quick response. You guys rock.

I've been with them for years and they were great at the beginning But now there service has deteriorated. Just don't know if their is actually a better option. All these companies want your money. But don't deliver on their products

I have been struggling with the alarm system since...

I have been struggling with the alarm system since I had it installed . The MN Autonetics app never works even after multiple attempts to fix it. Hidden costs and shoddy workmanship have left me with no trust in what is supposed to be a state of the art alarm system.
Their staff are friendly and always willing to help. If only they could get their equipment working.
Update: The app has been working well for the past 2 weeks

POOR service delivery. You are referred from one to the other ... Make firm appointments and do not show up. When I have to call at my expense behind Monitornet to hear where they are, their excuse is they made a "double booking". This has been happening for 2 days in a row!

Phoned in to report a power failure last week. The lady that answers the phone. Maryna was so nice and helpfull. They say the first persoon that answers the phone is a representation of your company. In this case Maryna is a excellent very professional representation of monitor net. Thank you Maryna and monitor net.
