I've never had any problems with this company. If your ordering clothes my advice would be to go down a size. I've been an active member since 2014.

Lie about the item when asked them questions consering when i recived it couldnt use it for what i need it for sent it back the same day. When i tried to call. Customer service i was put on hold for over 30 minutes then they discounected me 3 times i am now on hold for the 4th time 30 minutes into it still on hold with no options to get a person to talk to to get some answers . they are over priced for what sell and trying to get someone is nearly impossible. Very very slip shod company a big buyer beware

I'm new to this company. Every time I call I get wrong information or conflicting information. Today, I called and spoke with a supervisor named Karen after being transferred 3 times. She refused to give me the CEO's name and the address to send a letter. Every phone call I'm transferred to the wrong department or someone who doesn't know anything.

Customer service shouldn't be this difficult. The shipping date gets pushed back several times with no heads up notification. Per the supervisor, they cannot see any previous shipping dates that was in the system prior to the change. This not only doesn't sound right, but makes no sense. Is the system that out dated?

If the company makes changes to your order without you requesting it, they should see the previous information. Especially when getting someone's money. I have now obtained the CEO'S name and corporate address and will be sending a letter. They should also provide refresher training if they are not currently doing so to all employees.
