We purchased a car through Moneyway. The car arrived in a poor state of repair and we rejected it only to be told we had to let the garage try to rectify it. By the time the car came back it was clear there were still problems so we rejected again only to be told we were now out of our 14day cooling off period and they would not unwind the deal. (we didn't even have the car). Moneyway refuse to cancel the contract. Disgusting servive. Do not reply to compalints.

As I have made my last payment of a five year contract I have to say and I mean whole heartedly.
From start.
I was helped by a young lady who talked me through each step, given advice on affordable monthly payments that wouldn't leave me short of finances, I purchased the car I found and when allowed collected and drove home in the car.
The end.
I have not been hassled by them in any way, never a fone call or letter except for yearly statements.
When I am ready to purchase another car, I will definitely phone moneyway first.
A very happy customer or ex customer for now.
I have just contacted customer services to confirm end of contract and I am very grateful to the young lady who dealt with me, very professional.

Having had difficulties with no income due to covid and being on benefits for over a year. I recently contacted moneygrabbers to discuss the payment holiday on my car. I was told that they were only offering customers 6 months deferral in total and that they wouldn't increase this by even 1 month, regardless of the fact that I'm back at work by the end of the month. Giving me the only option but to have to give up my car through a voluntary surrender, yet still owe them thousands! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, seem more interested in putting the nails in rather than helping loyal customers in dire need, sad world we live in

what a company, if you are having financial problems due to covid then this company do not care at all. All 4 or 5 star comments are from people with no financial problems, that's because this company only seem to respond if you pay on time. They have no time for anyone struggling. Thank god i live in Scotland, they can't just take your car back. lol

An absolute nightmare of a company! I returned a vehicle to the dealer under the Consumer rights act 2015 in November 2020. I followed the advice of Carmoney who where the broker and rejected the purchase after having the vehicle for less than a week. Moneyway who arranged the finance package told me they would have to investigate the matter and after 2 weeks failed to uphold my complaint and told me I was still liable. They never even contacted me to ask my side of the story, they concocted lies with the dealer and tried to bully me in to submission. Moneyway's recovery team are a bunch of liars, they are rude and totally unhelpful, they never return your calls or emails, keep you on the phone for hours knowing they have no intention of speaking to you. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with.
After the financial ombudsman found in my favour and ordered Moneyway to cancel the finance agreement and order a total refund of my cash deposit, they continued to mess me about, I spent an hour on the phone, had to go through security on 4 different occasions to be told by the last operative I spoke to that someone would call me back, they lied and no one contacted me. Please think twice about using these cowboys, if you have problems with your vehicle, these idiots will do everything they can to cause you trouble. Avoid at all costs.

I've never had to deal with a less professional company in my life .. yet again their computer system has failed and no text payment links sent out .. but some fella who I cant understand wants me to pay over the phone ... not going to happen!.. I made a agreement, when how and the total I was paying and I've stood by it every single month ..but they fail to hold up to their part and you get threatened with, we are logging this as a missed payment on your credit report.. its not rocket science to resend a link that you didn't bother to send in the first place ... thank god my account with this company is almost over I will make sure never to use them again and would not recommend anyone else to use them ..

This company are by far the worst financial lending company I have had the misfortune to be tied to. They have no concern for you as a person who might be struggling financially due to these unprecedented times, you are merely treated as a commodity to make money off, heaven help you if you miss a payment on your loan because you will receive no help or understanding from this lot. BE WARNED.

This company are amazing! I had a really hard time...

This company are amazing! I had a really hard time during covid. Lost my job, had no income and everything was up in the air. But money way gave me a payment holiday! In this time I was able to secure a job. When I missed the cut off date to receive my income, money way were so supportive. My payment holiday had ended and was worried I would not have a car when having a 1 year old child. But as always, they came through. Customer service is 10/10 and I am so grateful for the help and support they showed me during my time in need. You guys ROCK!!!!!
