Credit Counseling: Our certified credit counselors work with clients one-on-one to assess their current financial situation and develop personalized action plans for achieving their goals. We provide budgeting advice along with strategies for managing debt effectively.
Debt Management Plans (DMPs): For those who are struggling with unsecured debts such as credit cards or medical bills; DMPs offer an effective way to repay debts while reducing interest rates & fees charged by creditors.
Housing Counseling: If you're facing foreclosure or having difficulty making mortgage payments; our HUD-approved housing counselors can provide guidance on how best to navigate the process while exploring options like loan modifications or refinancing.
Bankruptcy Counseling & Education Services: If you're considering filing for bankruptcy; our certified counselors can help you understand the process & requirements involved in filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. We also offer pre-filing bankruptcy education courses required by law before filing any case under either chapter.
Student Loan Counseling: With student loan debt reaching record levels in recent years; we offer specialized assistance in navigating repayment options including income-driven repayment plans which may lower monthly payments based on income level.
