At the moment I have Clara as a dentist ....... she is really great (btw her assistant too) and she does everything to help me ...... so hence this review ..... btw in my eyes is a review about your experience with a person and not about everyone who works in that company :)

Staff are incompetent. Needed a root canal and they couldn't tell if they had done it right even after 5 xrays. When the final filling was completed it wasn't done properly and was in need of a replacement after only 2 months.
Admittedly they were kind enough to offer a free re-filling. However, they didn't do that one well either and now, in less than one day, part of my tooth has broken off and the filling is leaking out.
Treated and spoken to with rudeness, they cannot interact with people here. They also did not carry out my treatment properly, scheduled unnecessary treatments and charged extra time to earn more money.
I have been there three times in a short time, first for a check-up, after which I had to go to the dental hygienist and have the splint repaired. They were late for all three appointments, even 50 minutes at the first appointment, without notifying me. I was the first patient in the morning at the dental hygienist, but my turn was 10 minutes late anyway. There appeared to be nothing really wrong with my teeth, so after removing some tartar I was outside again in 5 minutes. However, they counted 15 minutes on the bill. I also had an appointment to repair my splint. They had a break when I came in and they made me wait there quietly for 20 minutes before I was received and I was also late. Repairing the splint was difficult and I kept biting the splint but she didn't really understand how to fix this. Once at home, the splint was loose again. I called about the error on the invoice and that my splint was not repaired properly. First I got on the phone with the dental hygienist and she spoke to me very aggressively. She said that she would never do such a treatment again and that the treatment normally takes much longer and that she also included administration costs. This is not correct because my friend is with the same dental hygienist and they have never included administration costs with him. She just hung up, while I also had to speak to the dentist. I called again and I got the dental assistant on the line, I indicated that my splint had not been repaired properly and she said that I should have my splint repaired at the ortho. To which I asked why they have (tried) to repair my splint at all if that was the job of the ortho. To which she replied that they have repaired it properly but that a new splint had to be put in, this came out of nowhere. So they both did their job incorrectly and charged extra hours for a treatment that was not even necessary. I gave them the opportunity to rectify it, but then got treated rude on the phone, so I'm going to look for another practice.
First phonecall to schedule a routine wisdom tooth removal. I have the x-ray already from another dentist and know what I want:
Me: I have a tooth problem, it is just a wisdom tooth removal and I don t think it takes more than 10 minutes, so can you schedule me soon please? Receptionist: Are you the dentist?, because it doesn't take 10 minutes
This is the concept of "care" in this clinic. Please don't put idiots behind a phone. Put people with some minor idea about dentistry and possibly polite.
Unfriendly operator, little space for an appointment, no place for an emergency and considering antibiotics without checking. Everywhere pictures are taken, all of which have to be paid.
I am very satisfied if people still have complaints then I do not understand this they have certainly never experienced a bad dentist I would say keep it up
They take advantage of the ignorance of the patients. I am writing this on behalf of a very good friend of my mother. She is very old and was looking for a dentist in the area due to limited mobility. The budget she has received from them is unjust. Example: She only has three top (front) teeth that are very loose. For this they have budgeted 3x complicated extraction (pulling (H35; 72.35)). She can almost wiggle those teeth out with her fingers herself. Second, they have budgeted all the codes that exist for manufacturing a prosthesis. I checked with a dental technician. His words: "They really wrote down all the codes, really everything." These types of people (absolutely no health care providers) give dentists a bad name. First time seeing a place with more 1 star than anything else, but this doesn't surprise me.
