Took my prized material possession (my engagement ring) to Molina for repairs. Ring was purchased from a very reputable Florida jeweler 16 years ago but the stone fell off 3 times since (miraculously we found it all 3 times)... twice it was repaired by what we thought were fine jewelers here in AZ but since they obviously did not take the time to repair it correctly - it failed..

For this third repair - we took it to Molina. We felt we would be treated well there based on friends referrals and we were correct! Not only did they correct the initial issue with the rings design (which is why it fell off 3 times) but we were treated as if we were spending thousands at their store - which we weren't since it was a repair.

Their attention to detail and customer service is above reproach. Thank you Barbara Sungail for professional and attentive assistance with this transaction. We will highly recommend you in the future.
