They keep sending you promotion email but nothing ever works!
You call customer service and they have no idea what is going on and ask for a screenshot.
I experienced the same thing last year, thinking they would have improved by now...
C'mon get your act together or stop sending me emails on promotions that your site can not support.
This is the worst e-comm experience I have had.

Dears, think twice before you buy online personalized stuff. My experience is still unbelievable, literally! Ordered 11 personalized agendas for my first line as a Christmas gift on Dec 1st, 2018. Order processed on Dec 7th, then sent over. After one week of no news and tracking code not found, I (I, not them) called to know more about. Discovered they lost the package and they had to rework the order from zero. Today is the 20th, the order has still not been processed, my package won t arrive before Christmas, my employees with no gift from myself. The commercial gesture of Moleskine is only a 10pct discount for my next purchase, which will never happen!
