This organization offers some of the worst service I have come across. In the ~6 months since transitioning onto the NDIS with MOIRA:
I have written numerous emails (10+) with questions about payments and bill structure etc. and NEVER received a single response
Very late processing of payments which creates confusion with providers and more work for you.
Even when I raised the lack of communication with MOIRA directly, their team leader promised to call on 2 separate occasions but never called or emailed after to apologize, and that was almost 2 weeks ago!
This organization may barely be able to provide plan management as a service; but there are certainly much better options out there which I would strongly consider you use or consider a self managed option.
