Chose MOIRA for plan management since last year an...

Chose MOIRA for plan management since last year and can't complain. Recently had a plan renewal. They are an awesome bunch. Engaging, available and very friendly. Pays invoices on time and gives me the ability to review every invoice.

The NDIS plan management team could stand to raise...

The NDIS plan management team could stand to raise the bar a bit, not bad overall and maybe its just teething issues but I wouldn't recommend them currently because of this. I believe a self managed plan may be the best way forward as they are not overly reliable.

We are very happy with the services that we receive from Moira. On top of the service that they provide, they organize quite a lot of activities and programs that help us relieve mental stress and rejuvenate ourselves. Thanks Moira. Keep up the good work going.

Moira manages my sons NDIS funding. There have been no delays in payments of accounts and any queries I have had have been addressed quickly and to our full satisfaction. I mostly comunicated with Moira via email. We have always had a response within one business day and the staff is extremly courteous and efficient.
I also attendended a series of yoga classes Moira has offered. It was bliss to relax and be still for an hour. Thank you

I would not recommend this provider. To begin with...

I would not recommend this provider. To begin with they were a difficult service to use and their monthly financial breakdowns of Plan Funding is difficult to use and not comprehensive enough.

Smooth registration over the phone and got it done...

Smooth registration over the phone and got it done same day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their statements gives me clarity on how I am using my funds. Its also helpful they have various reminders in place for invoices. Services have been great and consistent. Good to know these guys are a not for profit and disability organisation. Thanks MOIRA and keep up the great work.

Can't speak highly enough of Moira.

I have used this service since pre NDIS. I find the staff very helpful, friendly, efficient and very professional.
Moira is constantly looking for ways to help carers care as well as looking after carers (the recent 3 free counselling sessions for carers during the covid pandemic is the best example).

Moira streamline their service to get the maximum output and value without giving the carer extra work. Best of all - Moira listens.

Thank you MOIRA for looking after me and my son for all these years.

We have been with MOIRA since the start of the yea...

We have been with MOIRA since the start of the year and new to NDIS....was recommended by our Support Coordinator.

MOIRA has been incredible.......the sign up is done the same day and we have our providers send invoices directly to them with no problems.....they pay quickly and keep us in the loop always with every payment.....their phone team is amazing and friendly. Useful statements and monthly newsletters. Never had any issues with them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This organization offers some of the worst service I have come across. In the ~6 months since transitioning onto the NDIS with MOIRA:
I have written numerous emails (10+) with questions about payments and bill structure etc. and NEVER received a single response
Very late processing of payments which creates confusion with providers and more work for you.

Even when I raised the lack of communication with MOIRA directly, their team leader promised to call on 2 separate occasions but never called or emailed after to apologize, and that was almost 2 weeks ago!

This organization may barely be able to provide plan management as a service; but there are certainly much better options out there which I would strongly consider you use or consider a self managed option.

Great experience in the disability industry and customer service.

The plan management team have been paying our clients invoices accurately and on time for almost 12 months now and we recommend MOIRA to other disability services and individuals all the time.
