I had to call 8 times to get my medical record. The customer service is the worst.

Not happy with this practice. My last visit, I felt as though I was brushed off and made to feel like I was faking illness. I had blood work done on that visit, but never received a call back with my results. Upon receiving the bill for the appointment, I sent a request in writing to Dr. Alabrash asking be called with the blood work results before I pay the bill, but I have not received a call back. I did however, receive a second bill from Dr. Alabrash which was stamped "final notice". Still waiting on the phone call with my bloodwork results.....

Grrat Doctor. Great bedside manner and tells you how it is he don't beat around the bush. And he takes his time with you. He don't rush you out.

Just tried scheduling an appointment and the receptionist was beyond unhelpful. Between that and her clear attitude during my 30 second conversation, I'll definitely continue looking for a pcp. Reading other reviews, looks like customer service isn't something this office excels in.

Don't bother this guy--he obviously has too many clients (see previous review). My first appointment was cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (after I cleared my schedule to see this guy). I thought as a referral (my brother, his wife, and her father all see this guy), it wouldn't be a problem. When the receptionist called I asked, so "he just cancels like this?". She said, "yes he does".

Don't waste your time with this guy.
