The staff in MOENCO, are very friendly they really help us without hesitating. There is no difference in the staffs like, the office assistant to the Automotive Sales Managing Director, all are equal in due respect in hierarchy.

The support MOENCO gives to you is unimaginable.

My name is Yohannes Teferra and I am Moenco s client for the past 17 years. I wanted to bring to higher management s attention what I encountered when I brought in two Toyota Prado s for regular service.
I was called by Moenco service representative after a couple of days to be informed that some parts were not available and I would need to supply them from outside. I suggested to the representative to check all Moenco facilities in the country before I indulged myself in sourcing parts. The representative called me in a few days and informed me that he checked all Moenco facilities and the parts were not available, hence it was up to me to supply the parts. I took time off from my busy schedule to look for the parts in the city. Concurrently I began calling Moenco locations other than the one in Addis inquiring for the parts. I was so surprised to witness that I was able to source some of the parts from Moenco Bahirdar and Hawassa. It was such a challenge to get the items sent to Addis.
I was compelled to make this an issue with Moenco s higher management as it was very unfortunate that I pay premium but get such a mediocre service from Moenco.
I strongly believe that this could have been avoided if Moenco had a company wide centralized system to check for parts across all its facilities in the country. I for one select to service my cars at Moenco to have a piece of mind that I wouldn t have to worry about such nuisance as providing parts in addition to getting genuine parts and better technical skillset.
I m also unhappy about some technical issues that get mentioned when putting in cars but never get fixed... for example, plate number 2-60195 has
1. a power window issue that has been reported several times, but never resolved;
2. airbag sign showing on the dashboard and it has not been resolved as well;
3. The side step on the right hand side is loose;
4. Visor is loose and some internal lights don t work;
5. Fog light is not changed...
To make the long story short, a regular service that should have taken a maximum of one week ended up taking two months. One can imagine all the inconvenience and associated costs to cover the absence of two cars for such a long time. On top of that, it was hell to find the parts and deal with all the logistics to bring the parts from Bahirdar and Hawassa. It s crazy to go through all this nonsense and pay premium at the same time.
I hope this predicament will be sorted out in the future and Moenco will offer its loyal customers a better service. It goes without saying that the reason I stayed a loyal client at Moenco is the fact that it has such a professional service desk. I want to thank all the technicians and service desk personnel from the top down for such an amazing service experience throughout my stay.

The company,s service is very good.It,s the most trusted company for its parts. However, we always hear from the sales persons that there is foreign currency shortage to deliver the vehicles. As an organization we ordered to buy one field car in Nov 2019, nothing so far. So this is discouraging part which the customers are facing. There is shortage of parts, considering counterfeit products out there I always buy from moenco . I would greatly appreciate it if your estimed establishment could do more in regards to these. 1 getting service appointment by phone is almost impossible. The phone will never get to service center after the reception directed the call to service.

2 during service small matters will not be noticed like wiper water, tyre pressure

3 paint work is not the best. You can find the new paint on the .. not to be painted part of the body.

4 there is a payment for washing the car. I dont think the car will be washed properly.

5 most of the time the service staffs at the front desk are in bad mood.

6 i like the part sales service i will rate it 5 stars.
