As PA to Managing Partner in a high-profile law firm, I deal with cheeky unsolicited marketing phone calls daily. However, Terry Lawless, Senior Business Development Manager at Modus Workspace Ltd, has managed to stand out with his harassment and insistence. He does not hesitate to try and lie his way through, over and over, again and again, despite we explicitly and repeatedly turned him down and asked him to stop calling, and becomes extremely rude when turned down.
