We hired Modern Touches to refinish our basement. We added a new entertainment room, full bathroom, 5th bedroom, and a gun closet... 1100 sq ft of finish. the team did a great job, Joe in particular was outstanding, someone who went the extra mile by doing all the little things. We recommend anyone thinking of doing a major remodel do three things, 1- hire a design team so there are no questions about what you are doing (We hired Modern touches sister company for our design work), 2- work really hard to ensure the design is represented in the contract. The contract protects you and the contractor. If a firm brings you a one page contract, you should run. 3- never hire the cheap contractor. Modern Touches wasn t cheap, and we hired them by design. We want to live here for a long time, so cheap was not an option. If I were to give a grade, I d say A- .... Good job guys (and Bobbie), thanks for all your effort.
