Hello!! I just spoke to someone in the Store on 05/23/2016 a very nasty person that don't have a nice customer services, she didn't even let me talk and express myself, in regards to and order the o placed. I will like to some one with a very customer service can answer my question.

Please think twice before ordering with this company. They are very irresponsible and have terrible customer service. I placed an order on Nov 27-28, 2017.
It was Dec 30 when I decided to check my emails as I haven`t received my order. I found the email confirming that the order was shipped and the tracking showed that the package was not delivered and was sent back to the sender by UPS. I contacted them hoping that they would take care of my order.
Their response was -we see that your order was not delivered and we will get back to you if UPS sends it back. I requested money back -their response was-we will wait and if UPS delivers your order back we will refund you. So I have paid for an order that was not delivered to me and when I contacted the company their response was we know you didn`t receive it but we do not care. I asked if they could send me my order and resolve with UPS. Their answer was no. I have never had such a disrespectful and irresponsible customer service. So before placing your order please remember that you might pay and receive nothing.

It is a peaceful place, they treat you with respect and kindness and respect the security measures established by the pandemic
