I can testify to ordering behind 3 families with 4 kid's order, sit, eat, and walk away from the restaurant in 30 minutes. Pizza I ordered was great. Loved that I had a chance to try the "Marion BlackBarry Lemonade"!

Great chain for a quick pizza. I highly recommend ordering online even if you will dine in, this particular location has been VERY busy the couple times I stopped by. One time I ordered on my phone while in line and my pizza ended up being ready before the guy in front of me even got to the counter to order.

Love the pizzas I can get from here, but initially there's always the awkward "Are they going to ask me to list off everything I want from the get-go or can I walk down the window with them like a subway?"

Personal pizzas are made fast! It is easy to order by starting with a pizza that has items named. I start with the 'mad dog' and add garlic!

It s not really pizza, it s a pizza-like thing using a bland thin crust which just contains the items you put on top... proper crust is at least 50% of pizza , which should have, character, texture, and taste....and this is non-existent on their pizzas... the toppings are fairly descent but framed by something quite bland.

Veggie Heaven, Get the salad and go crazy adding everything! the spicy chicken sausage is Amazing, Cauliflower gluten free crust!

Seems like the strategy at this place is to crank out as many pizzas as possible in as little time as possible. I wasn't impressed with the pizza compared to similar chains. Staff was friendly, but you could tell they were overwhelmed with the amount of people they needed to accommodate. I give it three stars for the great staff in an unpreventable situation.

I was visiting from out of town, and didn't realize this was the original MOD Pizza! The staff was friendly and they work hard and quickly, even on a busy day. The pizza is delicious!
The only weird thing was, there were messages saying they make the dough "fresh every day", but the dough was clearly coming out of a pre-packaged box... It feels deceptive...
At least it tasted good.

This is a great casual pizza place. The prices are extremely fair and the ingredients are very fresh. You can choose as many toppings as you want and it would be the same price as just getting a cheese pizza. They have two sizes of pizza, a small personal and an individual. You can get thin crust or hand-tossed on the larger and only thin on the personal. This place is like the subway of pizzas.

This is a wonderful family owned restaurant with the best views in town. Mamas meetballs and pizza are no joke.

Pizza was good. Kinda felt lioe Chipotle but for Pizza. The personal minis was just enough to satisfy your pizza craving without adding too many calories.

The one in Bellevue is better because their pizza is cooked crispier, and twice my pizza was undercooked and not firm here (toppings were falling off, pizza was bending).

I like this place because it offers a variety of options, even white sauce and Hawaiian pizza toppings for weirdos like me. Also well-priced. Back at home, we have Blaze Pizza, but this is a good substitute.

The garlic bread with ranch is DELICIOUS. The pizza that I picked was also DELICIOUS: red sauce, Asiago and Parmesan, pepperoni, and bacon.

The place was packed and busy; so, we ordered online and got it a little faster than had we ordered in line. I would suggest you all do that.

They gave me the wrong pizza but I didn't mind because all their pizzas are super delicious. Still they insisted and gave me the one I ordered when I already started eating the first one so I got 2 pizzas for the price of one.

We like MOD Pizza, and that is why we decided to walk several blocks out of the way for dinner. The pizza is delicious and that is as expected. However, we were treated with poor customer service. We were greeted with not even a smile. The server was walking the customers in front of us down the topping line and then came to take our order. My husband knew exactly what he wanted, so she got his toppings written down, but I said that I needed to go down the line. She became irritated and said, under her breath, "Jesus Christ," (I could hear her and was shocked) and she slid the two pizzas down the line. Then, it took a few minutes before the next server would ring up our order (with nobody else in line to pay).

We both have been in customer facing positions before, so we get customer service. We also understand that sometimes you just have a bad day, or it suddenly gets busy near closing and you had just cleaned up, or maybe you get called into work when you should have and the day off. But customer service 101 says that no matter the circumstance, you always appear to be in a good mood and be friendly. This particular worker made me feel like a huge inconvenience, like I was being incredibly difficult, and that we didn't matter. It's not like our bill helps fund your paycheck or anything.

Anyway, we were disappointed that the customer service negatively affected our dinner experience as it did, but werestill satisfied with the great pizza.

MOD Pizza has the BEST pizza, salad, and customer service! The orders are fast and accurate! The food is delicious and Kourtney and Cierra are so friendly, professional, patient, and just all-around awesome! If you want quality food and service, this is the perfect place!

Pick your fresh ingredients, tell them what you want. They put it in the Oven on the spot. Fresh Yummy Pizza in minutes. Great for families or anyone that enjoys a good Pizza Pie.

Food is good. Employee retention seems bad. Not sure what kind of service you might run into. I'll keep going, regardless. One of the few choices I have working downtown in the evening.

Never had a bad pizza or service here. People behind the counter have personality (thank you) and are easy to interact with. Would recommend this MOD to everyone!

We came in during a rush of people and even though it must have been stressful trying to serve that many people at once, the staff remained pleasant and courteous. We were very impressed and happy with the service.

Since this location gets CRUSHED for the lunch rush, I decided to place an online order at 10:30 AM, for pick up at 11:45 AM. Should have been plenty of time, right?

Nope. Apparently the printer had failed so my (and lots of other's) order was not received. While I arrived a little earlier for my pickup, I ended up waiting until 12:20 PM before they were able to fulfill my order. This put pressure on the crew to hastily make the missing orders which resulted in a very poorly made pizza. While watching other in-house orders get made with the normal careful attention to detail, my pizza suffered from the "just get it in the oven" syndrome, meaning that most of my (minimal) toppings were thrown on. Let's just say that half of my pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni.

I took a chance on MOD, disregarding my instinct to stick with my go-to, and paid the price.

I like the pizza here. The option of your own toppings and flat bread is wonderful. It's quick and fast.

I'm a big fan of MOD. You get unlimited toppings for a flat price. The pizza is good and cooked well enough, and is just the right amount for one person. The lines can be crazy around noon during the lunch rush, but they offer the ability to order ahead of time and pick it up.

Great choice for a lovely family event. Mods pizza is smacking in Colorado too. Want what's good.

Quick, delicious, tons of toppings available and they don't nickel and dime you, just one flat rate.

Love that you can make any pizza you want and it's the same price. Plus they offer non-dairy cheese!

Pretty good pizza for Seattle. Seattle pizza is definitely subpar but mod is alright. The lunch time lines are just insane. Order ahead of anything.

Pizza came out burned the first time but they were happy to replace it.

Such a great downtown lunch spot. One of the few places you can take a 30 min lunch relatively cheaply (suggest ordering ahead if you come during the typical lunch rush). If you have a few more minutes, add a wine or beer to make it through a stressful work day (must dine in for wine or beer). ;)

Bonus: MOD was started by an entrepreneur couple in Seattle (the same couple behind Seattle's Best Coffee before they sold it to Starbucks). They were one of the first to pay a liveable wage (particularly impressive considering they started the company during the recession) and other benefits to their employees. And no, I don't nor have I worked for the company: there's a great write-up in Forbes.

Not a gourmet pizza, but definitely a good deal for unlimited toppings. The place can get packed between 12-2pm. Try to order online for pick up and cut the line.

Food is what you expect from a Mod pizza, simple, light and delicious but their staff is neither friendly nor helpful.

I am pretty much honest about what I see and there are some eateries I just have to praise!
I wasn't hungry, I had a sudden need for a restroom. The folks working quickly and smoothly, gave the code without question. I was so grateful!
They allowed me some photos and life was just fine.
The smells... ( I WILL EAT HERE!) the spacious dining, and Clean. EVERYONE WORE MASKS AND GLOVES!

Have you ever been to a MOD pizza before? If so, you know what to expect: fast, tasty, but not award winning pizza. How this location is different from others: recently, instead of utensils/water cups being available to the public, one has to ask for them at the counter.

To all celiac, it is NOT gluten free, only gluten friendly. Could not eat anything because everything is cross-contaminated.

Dairy free option and still can lay on the toppings. So good.

Good portion, generous topping policy, friendly staff.

It's delicious. I wish they had better ingredients, I'd pay a bit more. Also, the crust can be soggy sometimes. You have to ask for it crispy.
