After over 7 years working in vinyl dip I produced parts with some of the highest rates that place has ever seen. But after new upper management has takin over I was drug tested 3 times and past each only to get fired around a year later while being accused of using drugs and cheating the tests when let go. Anyone looking to work here my advise would be to look elsewhere. They keep temps up to and over a year before they will hire you then after your on job security is something you will never get!!
