I definitely give this company a 5 star review. First call I made I was greeted with a woman named Amber who was very knowledgeable and professional, and very understanding. Gave me all the information and had an install the next day. Shannon the tech was wonderful explained everything about the stairlift. The installation was smooth and took less time than anticipated. This was a seem-less procedure. Very happy I made this phone call and would highly recommend this company!

Amber was so easy to work with. She was much friendlier and eager to help compared to 3 other companies we considered. They were very responsive and professional. They showed up on time. Explained everything in detail and made sure my Mom felt safe on her new chair lift. I highly recommend them. They re the best!!!

The Mobility123 Duo Stiltz elevator recently installed in our home of 56 years is certainly a welcomed addition as now assisting us in our mid eighty s. The stairway has become somewhat difficult recently whereby now is quite a relief to approach our bedroom each night. The installation went well with little or no snags. Mobility 123 presented themselves professionally as did the involved trades. Only comment is little tight with 2 in use but essentially serves our need.

My husband loves his new chair. It is well made and works beautifully. Shannon did an amazing job of installation. She was professional and knowledgeable. She worked quickly and didn t leave until she was sure we understood perfectly how to operate it. The sales staff was professional and pleasant on the phone. Their prices are fair. I would highly recommend this company if you need a mobility chair.

Amber at Mobility 123 was amazing. I called and got a quick response and call back with all the information. I sent pictures the same day of the stairs and immediately recieved an email with the option available, cost, and warranty plan. The measured and installed the same week!
