I engaged with this firm for a mobile app project, hoping for a seamless experience given their claims of expertise. However, communication was often lacking, leading to numerous misunderstandings that affected timelines. The final product, while functional, did not align with the vision we discussed. it felt more like a generic app than a tailored solution. The post-launch support also left much to be desired, with slow response times and minimal assistance. Overall, the experience did not live up to what I anticipated, and I wouldn't recommend them for future mobile app development needs.
