MMR has an exclusive contract with our local EMS. While their service was acceptable, their billing services are a nightmare. They do not bill Medicare, even though required by law. They keep sending me threatening letters demanding payment in full, even though they know they should be billing Medicare. This will likely end up in court.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. During the time of my service I had full medical coverage . I gave the ambulance all information to which they billed the wrong location. I moved 3 times and assumed all billing was settled as I had insurance to cover it all and was never contacted by phone or email. Eventually I realize that they have added negative marks to my credit. Since then, I have spent the last 2-3 years arguing with the billing woman. She claims that she shouldn t be having to deal with something so old and that I should have taken care of it. All I have needed for my insurance to cover the bill IN FULL is proof of timely filing which the very rude billing woman refuses to send. Instead, she d rather spend all her time on the phone telling me how awful of a person I am for making her do her job. Finally, after a couple of years I got them to send me paperwork on which it was clearly written by THEIR employees needs proof of timely filing but clearly Jokes on me because I was sent a back a patient care report which literally has nothing to do with billing.... I suspect it is the same awful woman, as every time I call and explain my situation she tells me how she remembers me . Now I have to call back AGAIN, and deal with this awful woman. I ve even asked the woman to have supervisor call me and that never happened. I have been screwed over by this place time and time again. They could have their money paid in by my insurance if they just cooperated!!! Awful customer service!!

Unless you can guarantee 0 billing issues DO NOT USE THEM.

I had never had to take a ride in a medical vehicle, so i can now check that off my bucket list lol. It was a late night ride from one hospital to another, I slept most of the way I think, but the guys were friendly and cute i might add!! I felt safe in their care and they delivered me safely to the hospital which i was grateful for. I knew I was in good hands. Thank You very much!!

When my husband woke me up and described pain in his chest and arm, I called 911. They were very professional and provided quick and effective care. They explained everything that would occur when he arrived at the hospital. We are so thankful for the excellent care he received!

The gentlemen were wonderful. I had an embarrassing fall, and they made me feel OK about it. They were not judgmental, were somewhat lighthearted (I wasn't hurt, just could not get up), and very attentive. I have the highest regard for your services! Bravo!
