Sargis is an excellent plumber. He fixed all our problems. He fixed the kitchen sink, toilet and the blockage in the bathroom. He replaced all the parts with new products. He takes his time to ensure he has done a good job.

He visited my property twice. First to check my boiler and find the fault and then a week later when the required piece was finally in stock, he fixed my boiler. I recommend this engineer because he was very polite and very friendly. he phoned me to say he was coming to repair the boiler and because I wasn't at home on that day, he arranged an appointment for me the following morning.
He has very good manners and is very thoughtful . He even covered his shoes so as not to spoil my wooden floors.

5 stars for SARGIS. My entire flat s celling was leaking for 3 days and everyday someone from mnm would come out and not identify the leak or solve the problem. It got to a point I thought the ceiling was going to cave in and we were wearing wellies indoors. On the third day, a lovely man called Sargis came out and promised me he would find the source of the leak, and guess what, he did. He treated the job like it was his own house and did not let any small obstacle stop him from doing his job, unlike all the other guys that came and went. If mnm had sent out sergis from the beginning, the problem would ve been solved by now. Anyhow, 5 stars for Sergis, what a champ.

Sargis managed to find the exact part needed to fix my shower, which meant that the bath unit didn't have to be removed to replace the tap. This meant I was able to get my shower fixed today rather than in a few weeks. Very happy to be able to use it again! Saved me a lot of hassle.
I had an electrician from this company come to fix my bathroom light, his name was Butdal and from the moment he knocked my door i was amazed by the customer service. Butdal was polite and explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way, he used shoe covers on his boots so that my hse floors would remain clean, he cleaned up and even after fitting the light he checked everything was working as it should be before he left. Amazing service thank you.

Sargis came today to sort out two issues I had. He fixed my taps and replaced them whilst letting me know why the old ones failed on me. He explained everything thoroughly and did an amazing job. Absolute professional in his field and amazing as a person. Greeted with a smile and great laughter. He also explained to me why a shower could not be installed as the hot water pressure was too low due to the size of the boiler, meaning that barely any water would come out. It was good to understand why certain things could not be done and I couldn t be happier with his service. Absolutely gem in your company .

If I could give this company a big fat 0 I would there disgusting.... left me without a kitchen now for 3 weeks and I have a 2 year old child, they send unqualified people 2 do jobs In your house then try to send people to fix the jobs they lie about appointment and have no organisation skills! Tenants should be wear your home is likely to be destroyed and councils should never contract out work to them! I have a damaged fridge and a damaged cooker! So please be cautions when working with this company.

Sargis was the guy who sorted the issue in my workplace. When other contractor came and said need to follow up. That follow up never happened he came said follow up required and finish the job accordingly.
Worst company ever rude manager or who ever he was as he never give a name don t finish the work take your things damage them and don t replace them this was the (plumber)and when you ask for them to be replaced there more then disrespectful I don t even want them back to finish the work they over work there workers take on to much jobs the workers are lovely nice people apart from the plumber the people working behind the scenes are
Sargis Sargisian was our delegated plumber and he has risen above and beyond our expectation. They sent someone before which could not locate the leak in our flat. After many house inspections later he located the leak coming from a house on the top floor. He is great, friendly and confident in his job and I will always want him to do the work at our household from now on!

We have worked with MNM a number of times, and their service and customer care is always to a very high standard.
Sargis, we had an emergency call made on Friday night. Sargis called us back after calling within 10 minutes. He told us he would be around within an hour and surely he was exactly on time. He approached the situation very professionally and he was very friendly and genuine. he explained the whole procedure what he was doing and what it was wrong and he made sure everything was perfect before leaving. A great worker/engineer.

Very disappointed with the company. Used to work for them, but only lasted a few weeks. Found out that they do not look after their employees very well. I had heard this from someone that used to work for them and they left. Well as they say there's nothing like personal experience and I certainly found out to my cost, and I mean that literally. What with congestion charges, late payment penalties and theft of tools from a secured van. They showed what kind of people they are, heartless, uncaring and only out to make money for themselves.... A very bad point in my life:(( This is how low these people are, I cannot leave this post without rating them so let me just say that the rating I leave is not because I want to but so that I can post this comment....!!!!

trusted, they make an appointment well in advance & they either do Not turn up to do the job or you get a phone call at the last minute to say they are Not coming, when they eventually turn up the work they carry out is shoody to say the least & often unfit for purpose & then you have the language barrier with Many of there staff Not speaking English.
All in all steer clear of this company as if they have the plague!!!
Sargis is an amazing engineer. He came in and explained the work he was going to do , what the problem was and how he will forward this issue. He then took the time to go and buy the equipment and products needed to fix the heating issue that has been causing a lot of problems. He is very funny and did the job very efficiently.

Sargis the gas engineer and Erdem the apprentice was so helpful. They changed our bath that was wrongly fitted and they changed the bath to the correct size. I loved their work and there workman skills. Always communicating with each other and keeping a positive attitude towards work.
